Excellent experience! The food was delicious, plentiful, and full of flavor. Every dish exceeded our expectations, and the atmosphere is clean, fresh, and very pleasant for enjoying a good meal in Rome. The best part, without a doubt, was the service. Manuel took exceptional care of us: kind, patient, attentive, and always willing to help. He speaks Spanish, English, and Italian, and made us feel welcome from the very first moment. He's one of those hosts who truly makes a difference and turns a meal into a memorable experience. After visiting several places in Florence and Milan where the service left much to be desired, finding this restaurant in Rome was a relief. Here, we were treated with exceptional warmth and kindness. If you're Latin American and looking for good food and impeccable service in Rome, this place is a sure bet. I highly recommend it.
