24/07/2025: The attitude was disgusting. I had a reservation, and they didn't accept late arrivals, so I arrived early. The first person I spoke to got upset, and the second asked me to come back on time as if I had offended him. It's a place where they'd spit on your plate. So I walked two minutes to Il Duca in Trastevere, where they treated me like royalty without a reservation.

20/07/2025: A wonderful surprise after the Livata Night Race! After the race, around 10 pm, all the local restaurants told us it was too late for dinner... except them! They welcomed us with rare kindness, as if they'd known us forever. The highest-quality ingredients, carefully prepared and generous dishes, and a truly warm atmosphere. This isn't your typical restaurant where you're just another customer: here they treat you like a PERSON, with true and sincere attention. We even chatted a bit after dinner, and felt right at home. Highly recommended for those looking for good food, a genuine welcome, and an experience that goes beyond simple "eating out." We'll definitely be back whenever Livata calls!

You should never take for granted the work that goes into the dishes served, especially if that work is done obsessively, with meticulous attention to detail and the finest ingredients. You're greeted by friendly, helpful, and very professional staff who make you feel right at home. I've been here several times and only now have I decided to write this review simply because they've always been impeccable.

29/04/2025: My son and his wife chose Villa Battistini for their wedding celebration. A fabulous decision. It's a beautiful building, impeccably maintained just like its grounds, in a stunning countryside location. Those things don't make a wedding party special though. It's the people who cooked and served the quality and quantity of food at Villa Battistini that made it an incredibly special day. Amazing array of antipasti choices (that could easily have been a full meal in itself for all 65 of us), followed by two pasta dishes I would say are the best I ever had, then a main of perfectly cooked rolled sea bass in a herb crust. The light as a feather and delicious wedding cake would alone have been a fitting end to a splendid meal, but the dessert buffet served alongside was not just a thing of beauty, like the antipasti it covered every kind you might imagine, each of which was a delight to eat. All this was delivered with the efficiency you'd expect from such a pristine venue, but also with warmth and care from every person who works there. Luckily we haven't left Italy to return home yet. If there's a day they don't have a wedding before we go, we will make sure we return for a restaurant meal. Utterly perfect in every way.

04/03/2025: I think it's one of the best breakfasts in the area! The cappuccino is excellent and always a wide choice of croissants, parcels and croissants always hot and excellent quality freshly squeezed juices!

18/07/2025: A sure thing. I don't go very often, but it never disappoints over the years and, in fact, gets better. The dishes are never ordinary, cooked and presented to perfection. The service is stellar, competent, and extremely friendly.

17/07/2025: A little corner of paradise in a quiet and relaxing setting, discovered thanks to a friend for my birthday. I was so won over that I returned several times. The restaurant is extremely charming, both inside and out, with a patio covered in a gorgeous wisteria. The dishes, exclusively seafood, are well-researched and inviting, prepared with top-quality ingredients, as is the presentation. The magnum of anchovies is delicious, the first courses are excellent (the calamarata and pasta with lobster in particular), the red shrimp tartare, and the mussel soup are divine. The oysters are delicious (according to those who tried them at the table). Kudos to all the attentive, discreet, and extremely professional wait staff, who ensure impeccable service. In my opinion, the prices are more than fair, considering the location and the cuisine. If you want to immerse yourself in a peaceful atmosphere and enjoy excellent food, this restaurant is for you. Highly recommended!

28/07/2025: We had a legendary lasagna. I recommend it to everyone. The friendly and attentive welcome. I wasn't a fan of the ravioli. There's no service charge. It's a small place with a great atmosphere.
