The prices are significantly below average. An experience worth having. P.S.: After a couple of years, I feel compelled to update the stars on my review, giving it my all. Having returned to this restaurant several times, I can only praise it for the quality and deliciousness found for every occasion. Congratulations!

06/04/2026: We spent two days in Rome and two days we went to lunch here, absolutely only positive things: fabulous flavors, very generous portions, carefully prepared dishes despite the heavy flow of people and the staff from the waiters to the owner were helpful, professional and very kind, even the prices are perfect for the product they offer. The first time we leave a restaurant so satisfied!!!

31/03/2026: We dined at this restaurant for the first time on Saturday evening. As soon as we entered, we were greeted very professionally by both Stefano and the dining room staff. The location is beautiful and elegant, the menu is extensive, and the wine list rivals that of a Michelin-starred restaurant. All the dishes are excellent, with superb quality ingredients. The prices are in line with the quality of the food, and the portions are generous. The desserts are delicious and all homemade. Stefano was truly invaluable in his wine selection, which he recommended after seeing our dishes. We will definitely be dining at this restaurant again soon. Congratulations, keep up the good work.

31/03/2026: Stopped in "La Pergola"for lunch as I needed to charge my Tesla , I think this restaurant is an absolute find . Not only as a stop for charging the car but as a high quality restaurant . The restaurant is beautiful, set in an old farm house with tons of charm . As you enter you are warmly greeted by the staff , the staff is super professional . The restaurant is dominated by an open grill and a fridge displaying all the meats , on the left side the station for the many types of Prosciutto cut and served . 😋 The cacio e pepe pasta was delicious, my signora is Umbrian and if she says that a dish is good that means its traditionally cooked and delizioso. I had a filetto that I wanted "a sangue" , and it was grilled to perfection. The dolce was a great surprise, prepared in house and ... well just look at the photos, this is not your average Italian dolce . We will return again soon.

09/02/2026: On the road to Monte San Biagio, this restaurant boasts beautiful, well-preserved local architecture. It's spacious, warm, and welcoming, yet relatively quiet despite its crowds. The meat dishes are exquisite, and the first courses are unique and excellent. Top-quality ingredients and generous portions. The staff is professional and friendly. Good value. We'll return every season to sample their specialties.

08/04/2026: We came here because we wanted pizza and went by the reviews. Honestly, it's nothing special, just average, but the price is high. I think the place is overrated because it's located in a very touristy and busy area. We had to wait for a table because there was a long line. The service wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best either. Overall, I think there are better places that aren't as popular and where the food is much better.

08/04/2026: Spectacular restaurant, pizzas with delicious crust… The pistachio pizza is out of this world. Special mention goes to Alessio's service; he was fantastic, always smiling and very attentive.

04/03/2026: I had dinner with my colleagues. I tried a delicious Mediterranean grill, the focaccia and salad were excellent, but the octopus... sublime. What can I say... see you soon!

06/01/2026: Today, January 6, 2026, in Izmir (Turkey), where I now work, I had Epiphany breakfast with bread purchased from this bakery on December 30, 2025. It's still delicious. I don't think anything else is needed. Exceptional!
