14/04/2025: By far the best ice cream we have ever eaten. Why? Starting from the modern and clean cafe, the gelato was sold from covered metal containers and had no bright colors. This is how you recognize traditional ice cream without unhealthy additives and flavor enhancers. The ice cream cone was even filled with liquid chocolate upon request and the pistachios and brittle Amareno ice cream were fantastic!

10/03/2025: The place is very welcoming, you can sense that it has undergone a recent restyling or is really new. The service, provided by the two guys, was immediately friendly and present throughout the entire evening. So let's start from the menu, that is, I would insert the various specifications of the courses as it was difficult for us to remember all the various information said and then obviously repeated by the very helpful host. Then the food, we took a fried mix, good but it was finished in a second... Then a hot coccetto consisting of one stew in my opinion too frayed immersed in the sauce but also good in the end. Instead in a first course with pumpkin cream and crispy bacon I would have added more bacon both to increase the flavor and the flavor of the dish itself, also regular portion. Finally the rib-eye served as a cut was the winning dish... However I would recommend this place "PER DINCI BACCO"

05/02/2025: Lets just start with amazing, unforgettable and flawless. Its hard to find words that do justice to how special this place is that haven't been used in countless reviews below already! From day one having booked our wedding for July 2023 any email or questions asked of Silvia, Cristina and Mariya were answered within 24hrs. Remarkable communication with endless patience if you have many questions like I did. The venue is obviously stunning and you see this on your visits and tasting...but the venue simply comes to life for the wedding weekend and blows way past any expectations. The venue and staff have things so well organised you can truly relax and enjoy your wedding without any hiccups. I lost count of how many people said that it was the best wedding they have been to and that's down to the wonderful staff and the warm atmosphere created in the beautiful borgo. In my opinion its a complete game changer to have all your guests stay on site in borgo. All guests mingle and completely relax and switch off ambling around the venue, dipping in the pool and eating in the restaurant which made all the difference. It was the best weekend of our lives and cant thank the amazing Borgo di Tragliata and its staff enough. Fireworks a brilliant add on...highly recommend!

06/04/2025: A very suggestive place, with barrel-vaulted ceilings and an environment enriched with objects from times gone by and trinkets that create a pleasant atmosphere. A large, always lit fireplace completes the rustic setting, where the large, tender and tasty slice of Florentine steak reigns supreme. The rest of the dishes are also excellent in taste and value for money. The manager and staff were pleasant and helpful. It is advisable to book in advance as there are few tables. Nice old-time trattoria to return to.

There were 3 of us, we took 3 mixed house starters, an octopus starter, two first courses and a second course with water and a bottle of wine from a local winery and spent €178.

Abbiamo preso 3 antipasti di salumi e formaggi molto buoni: originale l’idea di mettere fette di prosciutto in uno “stendino” di legno e di bloccarle con una molletta! Di primi, abbiamo preso la pasta fina fina (con ragù di chianina e tartufo): buona ma si sentiva poco il tartufo. Di secondi: guancia e tartare!
