A lovely restaurant with a typical Tuscia menu, but with a focus on the raw materials, impeccable service from all four waitresses, and prices affordable for every budget. Highly recommended.

Ad Hoc was an absolute 10/10 from start to finish.
The service was exceptional, and the ladies who took care of us were incredibly knowledgeable, explaining every dish in detail with passion and precision. They were attentive without ever being intrusive, and their attention to detail truly elevated the entire experience.
We chose the tasting menus (Truffle & Terra) and requested no pork, and the team handled it flawlessly. Every adjustment was thoughtful, seamless, and made us feel genuinely cared for. They truly made the night very special.
The wine pairings were outstanding, perfectly matched with each dish, and the overall experience was nothing short of pure ecstasy. From the flavors to the atmosphere, everything was refined, balanced, and memorable.
A must-visit in Rome. We will absolutely return.

19/12/2025: You know those places that are so good that, as much as you'd like to share them, you kind of want to keep them all to yourself?
Sireno is exactly that for me. A special place, where everything works: from the food to the staff, to the design of the place, meticulously crafted without ever feeling forced.
The food is truly excellent. Each dish arrives and immediately creates that anticipation mixed with hunger and excitement that makes you forget about your phone: in fact, I have very few photos because it's literally swiped away in a matter of minutes.
You can taste the research, the quality of the ingredients, and the attention behind every dish. I could go on and on about how good it is and how special it is, but the truth is that some things just have to be tried.
16/12/2025: A fairly new and well-maintained restaurant. The staff is friendly and discreet. The artichokes were excellent; I barely tasted the bottarga on the pasta, but it was cooked perfectly. The beer was a bit pricey.

21/12/2025: I loved this place, and Daniel, the waiter, is amazing. My partner and I have been coming here several times, and he's always been so helpful, friendly, and cheerful—he brightens your day. The food and coffee are delicious, and the atmosphere is so peaceful. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back on my next visit to Rome.
15/12/2025: We ordered a cappuccino and tiramisu, and both were excellent. The cappuccino was perfectly balanced and rich, and the tiramisu was fresh, creamy, and not too sweet. A great place to relax and enjoy classic Italian flavors.

18/12/2025: My boyfriend and I ate here last night, and I'm happy to tell you how much we enjoyed it: we ate delicious dishes, from the spectacular tagliolini with truffle and guanciale to the tender, perfectly cooked beef tagliata. A fantastic mix of cured meats as an appetizer, with a special mention for the baby carrots, which my boyfriend loved! Two sides of baked potatoes and an orange and fennel salad were delicious, and desserts served as a grand finale. The house wine was also excellent. All at very reasonable prices.
The atmosphere is captivating, very well-kept, and makes you feel at home, as does the wonderful staff, with Simonetta, the owner and fantastic chef, Valeria, who treated us wonderfully with her great professionalism, and all the waiters, always smiling and kind.
We'll be back!

06/12/2025: Let me start by saying that the food was very good and the atmosphere was classic roadhouse-style. So far, so good.
However, what happened at the end of the evening was, in my opinion, completely intolerable.
We were chatting and laughing peacefully at our table—there were only two tables left, so it wasn't even that chaotic—when one of the waiters approached the cash register and started printing out the bill (which we hadn't even asked for, by the way). As he did so, I clearly heard him say, "What the f*** are you laughing about?"
It wasn't a generic comment, it wasn't a misunderstanding: there was no one near him except us, and we were indeed laughing. So yes, he was addressing us, without a doubt.
Now... my friend, I understand it was late, I understand you were tired and maybe even fed up with working because it was getting late. But before you started insulting the customers, you should have simply let us know you were about to close, don't you think? Especially since we'd already finished eating and would have been happy to leave the table without any problems.
I realize we may have lingered a bit and not looked at the clock, but that's precisely why a "Guys, we're closing" would have solved everything. Instead, we were met with a completely gratuitous and rude outburst that ruined the entire experience.
Above all, I want to point out that it was 11:05 PM... the restaurant closes at 11 PM.
And the thing that bothers me most is that all the other waiters were really kind and professional. But whatever, I guess there are assholes everywhere.
30/11/2025: I gave it a second chance, but... I'll never go back!! It certainly can't be called a restaurant!! It's fast food!! Even low-quality, especially considering the
unprofessional service that borders on rudeness!

I still managed to buy three cookies: besides being beautiful, they are superb...really delicious!!!
They're not cheap, but the quality is high, and each treat is a work of art for both the eyes and the palate.
The atmosphere is very refined, and the staff is super friendly.

07/10/2025: First of all, this place was by far the best among all the dinner spots we tried in Rome.
The octopus salad with celery stalks would have been even better if the skin hadn’t been peeled off — but either way, it was an absolutely delicious starter.
The oysters were plump and delicious.
Their pasta was perfectly cooked and beautifully balanced with the sauces.
They serve lobster pasta at an affordable price, and it was perfectly prepared as well. The vongole pasta was also wonderfully made.
Although their portions are quite generous, one course is never enough to satisfy your appetite for these elegant dishes.
To finish, the creamy tiramisu and cannoli made the perfect final touch. And as a lovely surprise at the end of the night, the homemade limoncello and cherry–almond liqueur bid you farewell — even though you never want to leave this wonderful experience.
The owners are very kind and humble people. After my girlfriend finished all the limoncello, they even gifted us two more in charming, authentic flask-shaped glasses.
The music was fantastic too — full of 90’s vibes that made the atmosphere even more enjoyable.
It was a wonderful way to bid farewell with our last dinner in Rome.

07/10/2025: Stefano and Vincenzo are the "theme" of this wonderful place in the heart of Monti.
Their food is as high-quality as their wealth of dedicated experience. The hospitality is superb, like being at home.
Roman-style atmosphere with huge windows overlooking the streets of Monti.
I recommend it if you're looking for quality, cleanliness, hospitality, and tranquility with background music where you can chat without the chaos and noise.
I give it a 6 ⭐, they're excellent.

22/07/2025: We found this place by chance while looking for a gourmet restaurant to dine at after a day at the beach. We were pleasantly surprised by the simple yet elegant setting, and the outdoor space is very pretty and well-maintained. The waitress was very good and attentive in her recommendations, and we enjoyed two seafood tasting menus. Of these, we truly enjoyed the tuna tartare and the cod maritozzo with mock cappuccino. The best dish, however, was the pettola with cream of beans and shellfish, with chicory powder—truly incredible. The wine recommendation was excellent. A negative note for the chef's aperitif: although the drink was truly special, the amuse bouche seemed a bit "old," cold and lacking in crispiness. However, the white fish main course with pea parfait was unimpressive and lacked much flavor. The desserts were polar opposites: while the exotic dessert was an explosion of flavors and textures in the mouth, the hazelnut and raspberry dessert had unpleasant textures and almost no flavor. We were very pleased with the pre-dessert and the small pastries. Overall, it was a very positive experience and one I would repeat, especially since the price is perfect for everything you eat; I didn't find it too high for the cuisine, ingredients used, and service.
18/07/2025: We were in Fondi for family reasons, not for a planned vacation, and for this reason, discovering Riso Amaro was even more surprising. My wife, while searching for a good restaurant in the area, spotted this Michelin-starred establishment, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. It's located in the historic center of the city, just behind the castle: a charming area, rich in history and atmosphere.
The restaurant is elegant, well-maintained, and very clean. We dined on the patio, in a quiet and convivial setting, surrounded by a courteous clientele. The welcome was warm and the service impeccable, with special mention to the head waiter: kind, attentive, and knowledgeable in her wine selection.
We opted for the five-course seafood tasting menu, accompanied by matching wines. The experience was excellent: beautifully presented, creative dishes rooted in local tradition, prepared with high-quality ingredients and enriched with international touches—such as Japanese-inspired sauces or the use of prized mushrooms. Each pairing was carefully crafted, perfectly showcasing flavors and textures.
While it's difficult to describe each dish in detail, what remains memorable is the harmony of flavors, the refinement, and the overall pleasure of the experience. The price—€65 for the menu, plus €25 for the wine pairing—is absolutely appropriate for the quality of the offerings and the thoughtful ambiance.
Riso Amaro is a restaurant I highly recommend to anyone in Fondi or the surrounding area. I would return without hesitation, even just to discover the upcoming seasonal menu. A well-deserved five stars.

17/11/2025: A restaurant in the green Castelli Romani area, with a beautiful view of the sea. I was already familiar with their cuisine from the previous location, and they certainly lived up to their promise. The meat was incredibly tender and of excellent quality (my 6-year-old daughter literally devoured a tagliata without even needing to cut it, it was so tender). The restaurant was meticulously maintained and very, very clean, which is not a given these days. The wait staff were all very courteous and always available without being intrusive. There were 14 of us there, and none of us waited on anyone else, meaning the dishes arrived immediately, not one before and one after, given the number of diners. The staff was highly recommended, and the owner was kind and attentive. The ingredients were top-quality. I highly recommend it if you want to eat well and, above all, enjoy GOOD meat.
A fair price, considering we were almost eating at the tables, and considering many of the dishes featured porcini mushrooms and prized black truffles, the portions were generous, contrary to what you might think. We ate appetizers at the center of the table, almost a first and second course each, and desserts for everyone, in addition to the six bottles of wine.
I will definitely return, especially if I want to bring someone and be sure of a good time.
I almost forgot, we were in a private room on the first floor that also had a bathroom, while many on the main floor only have one.
