10/03/2025: Very welcoming environment, at times intimate. It offers a vast quantity and above all quality of products and dishes of Roman cuisine as very few restaurants now do! I have already been twice and in both cases I was always full and satisfied. Alas, I wasn't able to taste the desserts, but I'm sure there will be other occasions. I recommend booking as there are few tables available.

01/03/2025: Fixed Saturday lunch meeting with colleagues. It ranges from starters, first and second courses of very high quality fish. Some dishes are always on the menu, others based on the catch. Familiar and easy-going environment, but not unprofessional. Host always helpful and kind. Really good homemade desserts and a varied cellar. Highly recommended. Fabio

14/02/2025: Oramai abbiamo terminato gli aggettivi superlativi per definire l'Officina 55. In occasione della cena di San Valentino chef Alekos e Silvia si sono superati con un menù innovativo e fantasioso oltre che buono. Tra tutto STREPITOSI gli gnocchetti agli scampi e carciofi fritti! Il tutto bene accompagnato da un Pinot Grigio. Davvero una cena fantastica. Come dite? Non ci siete mai stati? Beh.... non sapete cosa vi perdete.... fate sempre in tempo a recuperare!!!! 🙂

25/01/2025: With a friend we were desperate at 5pm we couldn't find where to eat...coincidentally in the search we found this bistro and calling Silvia she responded promptly...yes we're open! we rushed in and...the environment found it warm and welcoming but above all... of quality! you say...you great!!! Last but not least...but we really fell into the pistachio cheese cake with chocolate cake, and so it was the top dish!! Great surprise this place to propose and propose again 💯💫💫💫💫

22/03/2025: Highly recommended, friendly staff and top food. Rice with scampi cream the best I've eaten. Crispy and not greasy fried food, even the appetizers are absolutely worth trying. Also recommended for celiacs. As soon as I can I will go back.

16/03/2025: Discovered by chance while surfing the net. The excellent impression I had was not denied, in fact I would say it was greatly surpassed. Nice little restaurant, well kept, clean and welcoming. The very attentive and helpful owner will advise you on a tasty, light dinner with quality raw materials. Fried anchovies and seafood spaghetti are wow! Prices in line with the quality. See you soon!

19/03/2025: We came for the carbonara, and stayed for the saltimbucca, which was so good my wife changed her ethics. In an area of the city where it is all too easy to fall into a tourist trap, Ristorante Arlù delivers a delightful and authentic Roman meal. Perfectly fried artichoke? Yes please. Tiramisu? I'll have two! It is a family-owned establishment and you can feel it. The conversations are lively and engaging and we couldn't have asked for a better dining experience for our first night out in Rome. Reservations are a must as the dining room is small and there are limited tables outside where smoking is quite common.

26/03/2025: Martedì sera, con due amici, abbiamo cenato al Ristorante Cinese Ying Feng a Viterbo, in Via della Palazzina 83/85. Il locale è spazioso e dispone di un comodo parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Abbiamo iniziato con involtini primavera caldi e croccanti, seguiti da un delizioso ramen e piatti a base di tofu e funghi, tutti preparati con cura. La signora Lin, proprietaria del ristorante, è stata molto gentile nel consigliarci e spiegarci le caratteristiche della cucina cinese. Il servizio è stato rapido e cortese, contribuendo a rendere la serata piacevole. Consigliamo vivamente il Ristorante Ying Feng per un’autentica esperienza culinaria cinese a Viterbo.

26/03/2025: Otto anni fa venni qui con la mia trequarti cinese ma non ci aveva convinto. Poi l'anno scorso ci abbiamo riprovato e il nuovo chef e la nuova organizzazione si sentono tutte: la qualità ha fatto un enorme balzo in avanti. Il menù è vastissimo ma a me la parte che piace di più è quella dedicata ai piatti tipici, che spesso consentono di scoprire nuovi sapori anche a chi come me di cucina cinese ne ha davvero assaggiata molta. Oggi e per qualche giorno quella parte di menù non è disponibile, lo stanno aggiornando per l'arrivo dell'estate. C'è anche una coda dedicata al sushi, qualche pezzo durante una cena cinese è un'occasione tanto è delizioso. Oggi son da solo sto mangiando dei ravioli Xiao Mai che si confermano eccezionali, soprattutto se li tagliate in due prima di infilarli in bocca, in questo modo esce l'acqua che si forma durante la cottura e i sapori risaltano. Mi sono arrivati poi dei noodles saltati con verdure e manzo, molto tradizionali e molto buoni. Avevo poi voglia di verdure e ho chiesto un'insalata di verdure al vapore, che sto divorando insieme ad un ottimo semplice pollo bambù e funghi. Se a tutto questo si aggiunge la simpatia della proprietaria e della cameriera, la musica cinese di sottofondo e dei begli arredi rossi, beh! Complimenti ai gestori, sono senza dubbio il punto di riferimento per la cucina cinese in tutto l'alto Lazio.

15/04/2025: We didn't have to wait too long, but we went for dinner at 7:45 p.m. The food was very good, service was excellent, and the price was good. We loved it.

29/03/2025: We presented ourselves to Forma because I'd read that they had vegan options and we told the host that we would eat whatever vegan selections they had. We had the best, most beautiful, artfully presented, delicious meal. Our amuse bouche was bread smeared with truffle foam and black truffles. The olive oil served with the basket of delicious homemade bread was a beautiful verde shade. I normally don't eat oil but I could not resist this and it did not disappoint. Our antipasta was assorted tempura-like fried veggies on a bed of potato foam and a dish with potato foam topped with grilled asparagus, spinach and artichokes. Our primi was a wonderful fettuchini in a very fresh tomato sauce and a risotto in a pumpkin cream with balsamic and hazelnuts. As if we needed more to eat, we ended with an intense raspberry sorbet with a tuille, blueberries and blackberries. Everything was delicious!
