We had the set menu for lunch with wine pairing. Starting with many amuses we had the main menu. The accompanying wines were better than expected. I can recommend this restaurant very much. The next day we returned for lunch at their downstairs bistro.

Whatever I’m going to write won’t do justice to this restaurant, a true Michelin experience beginning to end
First, we had an important celebration and to do that well, I’ve notified the restaurant of all the dietary requirements and there were quite a few … when we sat down they knew each one of us, and that opened the door the following wonderful experience as they customised the menu for us
The food was absolutely gorgeous, we took the tasting menu and before and between the portions there were other culinary experiences - we must have had at least 15-20 different type of food, a lot of new ideas, tastes that went above and beyond
I have to just say something so there won’t be any doubt, you’ll be very full by the end of the meal, there’s enough food and more
The service was implacable, they were nice, caring, attentive, present - everything you could have asked for
The experience took us 4 hours - we loved every minute of it
Just to give two small advices of if I really need to be picky,
They didn’t fill our water but we had the bottle and did it ourselves- not a big thing, I’m just used to this service in this type of restaurant
And the second, I have agreed with the waiter to revisit the wine menu at a certain portion but he never came back to speak about it so I ended saving less wine … again, I could have called him if I really wanted it so it’s not an issue
I recommend visiting Moma, it’s an expert you won’t forget

A high-end retreat just steps from Via Veneto: Moma never disappoints
As a Roman, I admit, we often view Michelin-starred restaurants downtown with a hint of skepticism, fearing they're designed only for tourists. But Moma is another story. It demonstrates how haute cuisine can be crafted while respecting local ingredients, without unnecessary frills but with incredible technique.
The setting is elegant, intimate, perfect for both a formal dinner and a break from the chaos of the city. But let's talk serious business: chef Andrea Pasqualucci's cuisine. The philosophy here is clear from the first bite: the supply chain is extremely short, local producers are carefully selected, and you can taste it all.
The gastronomic journey is a mind-blowing one. Among the appetizers, the veal sweetbreads with cacciatore sauce are an absolute masterpiece: crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, an intense flavor that takes you back home, but with an elegance you've never experienced before.
First courses, which are sacred to us Romans, are nothing if not a joke. Their tortelli filled with Parmigiano Reggiano liquid (from the Red Cow), mountain butter, and truffle are literally an explosion in the mouth. A perfect balance of flavors where the perfectly rolled pasta encloses a creamy and enveloping heart. And if you want something with a hint of authentic tradition, the spaghetti with garlic, oil, chili pepper, and sea snails will blow your mind: a dish full of character, perfectly balanced.
Absolute praise goes to the dining room and wine cellar: the sommeliers truly know their stuff. They guide you through artisanal Lazio wines and national gems without ever being snobbish, instantly understanding the diner's tastes.
The verdict: It's not your typical "showcase" Michelin-starred restaurant. Moma has a soul deeply rooted in the authenticity of local ingredients, elevated to stellar quality. You'll come back time and time again, proud that Rome has a place like this. Top marks.
Here's what happened, where the story was told. Read more about the Gemini.

From the first course to the last, it was a wonderful experience. Each course was executed with incredible precision, yet with a sensitivity and warmth that are hard to find elsewhere. Honestly, it's an experience that defies description.
Now we fully understand why this place is in a Michelin Guide. It's not just the food, which was absolutely spectacular, but the entire experience: the ambiance, the pace of service, the attention to detail, and the way they make each table feel special.
The service from beginning to end was impeccable. The waiters were incredibly attentive, professional, and friendly, while always maintaining a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. You don't feel that typical tension often associated with Michelin-starred restaurants. Here, everything feels natural, welcoming, and very human. They make you feel truly comfortable, and you enjoy every minute.
We ordered from the menu, and absolutely everything was delicious. The technical skill, the quality of the ingredients, and the creative work behind each dish are truly evident.
Thank you for this very special experience. Undoubtedly, when we return to Rome, we will also come back here to discover new dishes and continue enjoying your cuisine.

The dinner price is 400 euros for the pairing.
Well, the food composition makes wine pairing a must. The seasoning is strong and intense.
You might find it a bit greasy, salty, or even fishy.
Since the dishes are challenging, you might question whether they taste good to a Korean palate.
There are many experimental dishes.
I am writing this very honestly. It’s not that the food is bad.
However, it isn't the kind of taste that is intuitively delicious (like the beef steak or caviar dishes).
The waiters were very friendly, haha.
We have fond memories of it as a unique experience, but it is true that both my wife and I found the food difficult to understand.
The wine pairings were all excellent; they complemented the food very well.
We had a really nice and fun experience, a great option for anyone looking to experience some Italian fine-dining. The garden, duck and chamomile risotto dishes are a must in our view

We enjoyed a sublime lunch at Moma in Rome. Federico, our server, was very attentive, guiding us with effortless poise. Each à la carte dish was a delight—beautifully executed, vibrant in flavor, and perfectly balanced. The wine pairings were thoughtfully chosen and elevated every course. An elegant and memorable dining experience that I wholeheartedly recommend.
