We had a really nice and fun experience, a great option for anyone looking to experience some Italian fine-dining. The garden, duck and chamomile risotto dishes are a must in our view

We enjoyed a sublime lunch at Moma in Rome. Federico, our server, was very attentive, guiding us with effortless poise. Each à la carte dish was a delight—beautifully executed, vibrant in flavor, and perfectly balanced. The wine pairings were thoughtfully chosen and elevated every course. An elegant and memorable dining experience that I wholeheartedly recommend.

We had an enjoyable dining experience at this restaurant overall. Everything tasted fine but none were great, which is surprising for a one Michelin star restaurant. There was a generous number of amuse bouche to start but all tasted mild with no distinctive flavor. The pasta and risotto courses were more al dente than I'd like but flavors were decent. We just didn't find the food all that interesting and, more importantly, didn't have great flavors. The staff was attentive and very efficient and the pacing of the courses was good. They worked hard and seemed to have the dining operation well organized. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing.

Absolutely fabulous experience. We dropped by without a reservation (late) and the manager was so accommodating asked us to wait a few minutes, offered us drinks and we were given a table eventhough we came from a rugby game at the stadium and were not at all dressed appropriately. Then the evening went even better. The food was out of this world. We’ve eaten in many great restaurants around the world. Mina will be one of the remarkable places we will remember and return to on next visits to Rome.

We had this restaurant for our last dinner of our trip to Italy. We made a reservation online from Japan. It was almost fully booked. As it was February 14th, they had a special Valentine's Day menu for €200. We had a course mainly featuring red wines. With two glasses of wine each for three people, the total came to €730. The food was delicious, but perhaps due to the weak yen, the value for money wasn't as good as Michelin-starred restaurants in Japan.

I had a wonderful meal, the prices were good, but the only reason that I gave four stars for food was because the octopus was quite hard to chew. Otherwise, amazing. They even gave a €16 refund because of the hard octopus. Love it!

10/11/2025: We often have coffee with our tennis friends at the Salaria Coffee Bar, where we're always greeted warmly. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and we'd like to give a special shout-out to Valentina, who makes excellent frothy coffee!
