The restaurant enjoys a truly privileged location. The terrace overlooks the blue waters of the lake. My husband and I opted for the fish-based menu, and it was an excellent choice. I highly recommend it!

One of the best restaurants in Italy. Our family lives in Rome, and every time we're in the area, we stop at this wonderful restaurant. It's a tradition we've carried on for over 15 years, and every visit confirms just how truly special this place is. ✨ The atmosphere is welcoming, authentic, and familiar, far from ostentation. Here, you immediately feel at home. The restaurant offers breathtaking views of the lake and the surrounding nature: a bright and relaxing panorama that allows you to completely forget the chaos of the city and immerse yourself in the tranquility of the landscape. The cuisine is simply excellent. The house signature dish, the famous Farro with Porcini Mushrooms, prepared according to a jealously guarded secret recipe, is absolutely unmissable. The farro is creamy and perfectly blended, while the porcini mushrooms release an intense aroma and a rich, enveloping flavor that captivates from the first bite. Besides that, we always order the shank or ossobuco: incredibly tender meat, cooked to perfection, juicy and full of flavor, literally melting in your mouth. One detail that says it all about the quality of this restaurant: the harshest food critic in our family is our eleven-year-old daughter, who usually eats very little. Here, however, she always finishes every dish without leaving a single crumb! 😋 A special place that we wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who loves good food, authenticity, and the beauty of nature. ❤️

A restaurant with a panoramic view of Lake Salto, nestled in a small cluster of stone houses. Spacious and comfortable spaces, a menu featuring excellent meat and freshwater fish dishes, and a very friendly staff. It's almost always open. Accessible by car and on foot, it offers ample parking, and there are ramps with steps and steps to enter. Suitable for private events, family lunches, and even business lunches.

We ate very well, in a quiet place overlooking the lake
