02/11/2025: I immediately noticed the friendliness from the moment I contacted the restaurant to reserve a table, and this was further confirmed once we entered the restaurant, where we were greeted by the friendly, professional, and hospitable staff. In addition to the menu consultation, we appreciated the restaurant owners' recommendations, choosing dishes that left an absolutely positive impression. We will return, eager to embark on another culinary journey of deliciousness and quality.

16/11/2025: We recently dined at your restaurant, and I must say it was a disappointing experience in every way. The appetizer "for two" was a complete rip-off: you listed over 10 different dishes, and instead we received a paltry plate with just 4 or 5 samples, not even half of what was promised. This isn't a misunderstanding: it's giving customers false expectations, if not outright scamming. Let's move on to the entrees: the linguine with scampi pulp was, in fact, linguine with tomato sauce, with no scampi flavor whatsoever. The scampi? Just a couple thrown on as a garnish, probably frozen and completely tasteless. If I pay €18 for a plate of linguine with scampi, I expect to taste the scampi; otherwise, I'll just order a simple pasta with tomato sauce and save money. Not to mention the interminable wait, which made everything even more frustrating. Honestly? Dissatisfied, disappointed, and definitely never again. High bill, low quality, and an experience that leaves only bitterness.

11/11/2025: Poor place. Disorganized. We booked, but they got confused about the times. They rudely made us get up and sent us away. The entire place smells of fish, unbearable. Absolutely not recommended.

09/12/2025: As soon as I walked in, I was immediately struck by the Christmas decorations—so many and so well done, they really make you feel like Christmas. Inside, it's very classic, yet still beautiful to look at and with attention to every detail. I entered the restaurant, which was also well-decorated, very quiet, welcoming, and relaxing with soft lighting. It's a shame there was a game on the screen; for this type of place, I would have opted for a music channel. I'm reluctant to give it four stars, but it's for the service. We ordered two fried foods, a chicken thigh, a kids' menu, and two schiacciate. The kids' menu with chicken breast was impressive, because other places usually serve frozen food, but here the chicken breast was fresh and breaded, and there was a lollipop on the plate—perfect for winning over the kids. Nothing to complain about about the meat, well cooked and of excellent quality. The fried bread was good, but only one arrived; we had to ask for the other one because, according to the waiter in the kitchen, they hadn't read it. We had to wait quite a while for the schiacciata; one arrived as ordered, the other was wrong, so we had to wait a long time for the other one to be prepared because the waiter hadn't understood our order. Overall, the schiacciata was huge, and the dough was truly excellent. It's a shame about the service.

02/12/2025: I only stayed one night for my own convenience, but it was enough to admire this wonderful place! Especially during this time of year, with all the Christmas decorations! 😍 The staff was kind and welcoming, I felt at home. The room I was assigned was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The restaurant was very good! I would definitely return!

02/11/2025: A restaurant trying to modernize, with friendly service. The appetizers are good but lackluster. The pizza is passable, the first course is the same as the appetizers. The prices are very high considering the ambiance and the lackluster quality of the food. I won't be returning.

13/11/2025: Pizza and cuisine of the highest level, I ordered a pizza with smoked provola di agevolata, baked potatoes, aubergines and sausage which I can say is one of the best pizzas we have ever eaten. Chef Michele is a true master pizza chef.

06/10/2025: That dinner at Tenutta Linaza was a marvel from start to finish. In the middle of the fields of Puglia, with that soft sunset light, everything seemed to be taken from an Italian movie. The food? Sublime. Each dish was a celebration of the land: the fresh fish as if it had just come out of the sea and was brought to your table, homemade pasta that made you close your eyes with pleasure and that wine… as if the vineyard was telling you its story with every sip. And for dessert, Emilio’s tiramisu was a masterpiece. Not only delicious—it was one of those desserts that makes you speechless, because every spoonful deserves to be contemplated. The cream was soft as a cloud, with that perfect balance between mascarpone and just the right touch of sweetness. But what really made it special were Emilio and Clara. They carry it with a natural elegance, without pretension. They make you feel at home, as if you were part of the family. Emilio, with that calm smile, recommends dishes as if he had known you all his life. Clara, with an eye that observes everything, makes sure that every detail is in its place. It is one of those places where you don't just dine: you live an experience.

Between outdoor games, laughter, and running around with Pongo, their wonderful dog, he experienced moments of pure happiness. The pool, nestled among the olive trees, is a little paradise: perfect for relaxing and entertaining children safely, surrounded by nature. The accommodations are tastefully designed, comfortable, and immersed in a landscape that invites peace and tranquility. The restaurant is a real discovery: delicious dishes, prepared with local ingredients and served in a warm and convivial atmosphere. Emilio and Clara are exceptional hosts, always available and attentive, capable of making every guest feel like part of the family. We recommend Tenuta Linazza to anyone looking for an authentic place to relax and enjoy precious moments with loved ones. We can't wait to come back!
