15/03/2024: I just celebrated my 50th birthday, wonderful experience, excellent cuisine and guaranteed fun. I left everything to the owners, among other things exquisite and professional people, they took care of everything even the entertainment. to this point I have to say that the animation was super, all thanks to Giancarlo Occhilupo. I highly recommend keeping this place in mind.

19/03/2024: First experience at the Fienile under the advice of a friend, the location is very beautiful, refined despite being rustic and very well looked after. The gourmet cuisine was really good, everything was good, from the first courses to the dessert, and the portions were right. We were welcomed by Miriana, a delightful and kind person who made us feel at home! Highly recommended!

18/01/2024: Scoperto per caso … abbiamo trascorso la serata di San Silvestro senza avere grandi aspettative. Invece è stata una bella scoperta. Agriturismo a pochi chilometri da Galatina. Abbiamo mangiato bene con piatti tipici della tradizione salentina. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Il titolare fa di tutto per accontentare i clienti. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo 👍👏

The party was held with attention and professionalism by the staff. True Open Bar with good spirits. A special mention to Mr. Domenico who fulfilled our every request with great patience and always with a smile. I highly recommend

15/03/2024: Ambiente pulito e curato, raffinato ed originale; personale accogliente e discreto. Primi e secondi molto buoni con prezzi nella norma, da migliorare gli antipasti (ovviamente mi riferisco a ciò che abbiamo ordinato noi), ottime le patatine, non le avevamo mai assaggiate preparate così. Il fatto che funzioni anche come pizzeria permette di accontentare pure i più piccoli.

03/04/2024: A place with attention to the smallest details, in a slightly industrial style, perhaps to recall what the place was originally. The staff is courteous, present throughout the stay despite the place being full and available to satisfy customer requests. They have a varied menu, different types of pizza dough. I ordered a Margherita, light dough not with high edges like I like but still good. Good price quality. They also have an outdoor room, which I haven't had the pleasure of accessing yet but it seems really welcoming and I will be back to have this pleasure.

31/03/2024: Very large and very beautiful place in terms of aesthetics, it seems to have been a tannery historically, the star vaults blend perfectly with the modern style of the furnishings. Both internal and external room for summer evenings. Easy to find outdoor parking. I had the opportunity to taste a mixed fruit which was excellent but in my opinion a little poor, we could be more daring. The pizza I asked for with double mozzarella was good but my request was not granted. The place is suitable for groups of people and why not also for celebrating events. The staff were very helpful and friendly, very fast perhaps a little too much as it was Saturday and it was packed. I recommend it during the days of the week with less chaos. Until next time. 04/02/2024: Pinsa TOP, seasoned very well; fairly fast service (considering it was Saturday), very friendly staff, good selection of beers. Highly recommended! The location in the center of Galatina is suggestive.

07/01/2024: A spasso per Galatina,io e il mio amico ci siamo imbattuti in questo ristorantino nel centro storico di Galatina....che dire,una bella scoperta! Il locale è piccolino ma molto grazioso,un bel menù con molte pinse molto invitanti infatti io ne ho presa una con porchetta patate al forno e cipolle molto buona. Il personale è molto gentile e i prezzi giusti. Consigliato

07/04/2024: We went for lunch. I ordered the burrata burger and I must say that as a combination it was good but the meat was undercooked, let's say it was more of a tartare than a burger. I love raw meat but I would have cooked it a couple of minutes longer so as not to have a cold sandwich. The roast potatoes were also quite cold. My son's burger wasn't that great and there were too many sauces. The cuts of our neighbors at the table looked very inviting. Next time we will order those.
