17/08/2025: Everything was fantastic! We spent €40 each on fish, a starter and main course, plus water and wine. Excellent! The waiters were also very kind and gave us parking tips.

16/08/2025: Absolutely fabulous! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Castro's Underground was a wonderful discovery. The ingredients are excellent, with incredibly fresh fish and a truly overwhelming flavor. The first courses are plentiful and flavorful, served with great care. The staff is extremely kind and always available, while the restaurant is elegant and welcoming. The quality-price ratio is incredible: you spend very little compared to the high quality of the dishes served. Highly recommended, I can't wait to go back!

17/08/2025: I was here 3 years ago, and after tasting pasticciotti all over Puglia, I can assure you that theirs are the absolute best! I returned on vacation to Puglia, and the must-see I promised myself was to absolutely come back here to get the No. 1 pasticciotti!!! Really good, good, good!!! Keep it up!

14/08/2025: A historic Lecce restaurant, just steps from the city center. You can dine indoors or under the spacious outdoor gazebo. The menu offers a wide variety of sweet and savory dishes. A small note about the service: while the staff is attentive and helpful, it's unfortunate that the glass of water that accompanies your order is missing, as is the napkin dispenser at the table. These are details, of course, that make a difference. Prices aren't exactly affordable, but they're justified by the quality of the food.

26/08/2025: Definitely one of the top five restaurants I've tried in the 20 years I've been frequenting Salento. As soon as you sit down, the pittule arrive, hot and delicious. We ordered the appetizer, and everything was delicious. We then tried both the first and second courses: truly excellent. My son had the meatballs in tomato sauce, which were truly flavorful, while my daughter really enjoyed the tiramisu (which I wasn't so keen on, perhaps because it's different from what we're used to eating in Rome). The pizzas are also very good.

We tasted a fabulous cutting board and an equally excellent second course accompanied by a good wine, fast service attentive to details, in particular the owner Luca made us feel at home highly recommended.
