Trattoria L'Arco In Vernole

Invited by friends, I sit at the table in a decidedly narrow room. Despite everything, after an initial moment of discomfort, I appreciate a family atmosphere and the service staff makes me immediately feel like I'm at a family dinner. The mixed frittini at the start are excellent and the sautéed wild chicory is equally good. Noteworthy are the pieces of horse meat in sauce served in a bread crust that envelops the crock. I was then able to taste a slice of pizza with porcini mushrooms and bresaola: although the filling was really abundant, the seasoning was very limited!!! Digested everything. Compliments

What do I have to tell you my dears. Everything and I mean everything starting from the welcome to the coffee I give it a 10 and praise give little. I've known this restaurant for years and it's always the best. Highly recommended

Siamo stati in questo Locale con Amici a cena.Si mangia il Salento in ogni Piatto dall’ antipasto al Dolce! Ottimi gli antipasti tipici davvero una delizia per il Palato! Caratteristico il piatto con i pezzetti di carne serviti coperti dalla crosta di pane ancora fumante ! Chapeaux!Consigliatissimo!!!

Very good pizzas. Next time we will try first courses and meatballs in a bread crust which looked very inviting.

Food made on the spot, homemade and of good taste.

Typically Salento restaurant reminiscent of the old "putee" trattorias. The pizza is good!

Inviati da amici con molte aspettative siamo rimasti un pò delusi. In verità il locale è accogliente, il servizio lento ma cortese. Delude un pò il menù dove i piatti tipici non abbondano. Provata sia pizza che primi piatti e secondi di cucina tipica, il tutto rientra nella media di una offerta sana, ben presentata ma nulla di cui dire sono rimasto colpito. Qualità buona rapporto con il prezzo nella media.
