25/10/2023: I went at least 4 times in a week's holiday in September with my partner, fresh fish, excellent and delicious food, professional service and very attentive to gluten-free. In 20 years of celiac disease I have rarely found people so knowledgeable about gluten-free, from the waiter to the chef in a non-AIC restaurant... you can take the whole menu apart from the stuffed pasta, everything is excellent and fresh... I was also fully satisfied with the my partner who eats gluten. Really good compliments, if we return to the area we will certainly return to spoil some of their delicacies.

13/02/2024: Enrica, and the lovely folks of Barlento were the highlight of our trip to the South of Italy. In addition to delicious coffee, they have a wide selection of pastries (cornettos) and a freezer full of icecream. It turns into a bar in the evening, and if you ask nicely, Enrica will make you the best negroni of your life. We stayed in Morciano for 4 weeks, and couldn’t have survived without the kindness of the staff and the morning Italian lessons. They are cultivating a beautiful space and is worth a stop by (or many). Gratzie!
