07/06/2026: A well-deserved 5 stars for everything: excellent food, incredibly fresh ingredients, and the best fried food we've ever had—dry, crispy, and light. We then ordered linguine with sea urchins and shrimp tartare, one of the best dishes we've ever had, and we've been visiting countless places to eat. A special mention also goes to the service, the spotless bathrooms, and the attentive, helpful, yet unobtrusive staff. A truly positive experience. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area, although it would be worth the trip from Bari just to visit them again. Sincere compliments!
06/06/2026: We arrived a little late for lunch at this restaurant, relying on the opening hours we'd seen on Google (it actually doesn't have continuous hours). Despite this, we were greeted warmly and had a wonderful meal. The octopus balls (delicious) are especially noteworthy! The spaghetti with clams was also very good. Highly recommended! Both for the quality and deliciousness of the food and for the courtesy and kindness of the staff!

02/12/2025: Top experience! The pizza dough is incredibly light, but you can choose from a wide variety of doughs, including whole grain, whole vegetable charcoal, and many others. New pizzas include the carbonara and the Mortazzona, which you can see in the video I posted! The variety of products for those who don't eat pizza is also excellent! I recommend coming and experiencing the lightness of the next day's stomach!
28/10/2025: We stayed in Veglie, and while exploring the town on foot, we came across this pizzeria. I have to say, they make exceptional pizza, and the lady who served us was incredibly kind and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone passing through.

01/06/2026: A very characteristic and well-maintained property, conveniently located for reaching the various beaches and towns of Salento.
Salento rooms are tastefully furnished and extremely clean. The owners are very kind and helpful, as are the staff. Furthermore, the quality restaurant in a very refined setting is not to be missed.
27/04/2026: We went to this masseria for a Sunday lunch. We had a really good time; everything was perfect, from the food to the service. The set menu is an added bonus. We'll definitely be back!

14/06/2026: We ordered a tray of pasticciotti on our way back from vacation, but they didn't live up to our expectations, and the price was higher than average (we paid the same price for the small ones here as the large ones at the bar where we had breakfast, which were even better).
10/06/2026: I'm delighted to share this review. Whenever I go on vacation, I always stop at this pastry shop ever since I had the pleasure of discovering it. What can I say? I see pastry shops boasting about their pasticciotto with award plaques, and naturally, out of curiosity, I was drawn to try it. There's no comparison to HELENA's... HELENA makes pasticciotti that are truly out of this world. The quality is top-notch and the flavor is unmatched! Everything is delicious, and the staff is courteous and friendly. An absolute must-see if you're in Salento. 😋😋👏👏❣️🔝

21/12/2024: Anche dalle chiacchiere con amico in loco questo posto in continua evoluzione merita rispetto ed allegorie. È un posto che approccio con dei dubbi che tuttavia spariscono presto per una importantissima carta dei vini.. poi subito parte un show fatto di gusto e bontà. Gli ultimi dubbi svaniscono quando arriva sul tavolo il tagliere misto di salumi e formaggi. Tutti ricercati e di nicchia. Veramente uno dei migliori taglieri mangiati. Forse solo in Emilia ne ho mangiato di migliori. Ottimi i primi ricavati nel giusto gusto e con delicatezze sorprendenti. Forse luogo troppo affollato di ragazzini.
08/09/2024: Siamo stati in zona per un matrimonio e ci è stato consigliato per un pranzo veloce prima di raggiungere l'hotel. Abbiamo mangiato meglio che al ricevimento di nozze in un ristorante rinomato, la pasta al Negramaro è stata superba e le birre erano ottime e la scelta di alcolici e superalcolici molto ampia. Il personale gentilissimo e molto simpatico, se dovessi tornare da queste parti diventerà sicuramente una tappa fissa.
