06/03/2026: A wonderful discovery in the historic center of Galatone. Very cute and clean place. Delicious food and wonderful presentation. Impeccable service during Sunday lunch, when there weren't many people. I even loved the background music, which was just the right volume. Even the bathrooms were impeccable and had everything you need. If I really have to make a comment, it's the second course, salt-baked prawns: the menu called for five, but they served me four. However, it all seemed so perfect that I didn't even mention it to the staff. I congratulate you on everything overall. I hope to find everything again when I decide to return.

06/04/2026: Welcoming, well-kept, and charming location. Professional and polite staff. Friendly owner. But above all, good food. I really enjoyed the arrosticini and lamb, which few people here know how to prepare. I'll be back to try other dishes, and the pizzas, which I saw on other customers' plates, looked delicious. 09/04/2026: Very nice place, clean and with attention to every detail. Everything was delicious, from appetizers to dessert. From one to ten, it's a ten for me. I'll definitely be back.
21/03/2026: We had dinner at this truly charming place, with the staff ready to welcome you at the door. The menu is set and includes a selection of appetizers, a first course, a second course, and dessert. Drinks are not included.
The appetizers are delicious and beautifully presented. The vegetable tempura is good, the cheeses are excellent, and the veal with tuna sauce is excellent.
Paccheri with tomato sauce and Colonnata lard are simple and flavorful, served in a baking dish to share. The second course, suckling pig with mashed potatoes, is also delicious.
For dessert, there's chiacchiere with tiramisu cream.
The atmosphere is very pleasant, especially near the fireplace.

14/02/2026: A pleasant business stay. The staff were extremely courteous and immediately available for a simple but extra request. Everyone was attentive and kind. We slept well; the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Self-check-in was quick and easy for those arriving after hours. Recommended.
15/01/2026: A welcoming and well-kept hotel, ideal for relaxing and feeling at home. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and always available staff. Excellent location for exploring Salento. Recommended for a pleasant and carefree holiday.

15/03/2026: The place is nice, the service is good, the pizza is nice in my opinion, the thing that I think is excessive is the high cover charge for having a kind of tablecloth on the table that is full of holes and very uncomfortable, I don't think I'll go back.
12/02/2026: Spectacular pizza...you can tell when there's passion combined with experience...but not combined with courtesy, just a mixed grill of special meats...

07/12/2025: A terrible takeout experience, one I won't repeat. What was labeled a "baguette" on the menu was actually a hardened loaf of bread, missing the required ingredient. The pinsa were equally disappointing; there was no mozzarella whatsoever, the "caciocavallo" looked more like a slice of cheese, and again, ingredients were missing. The price was too high for the absolutely subpar quality. Not recommended.
11/09/2025: A lovely place with lots of outdoor tables in a quaint little square. Almost no traffic. They offer a wide variety of sandwiches, and they're all worth trying. I've been there twice, and it's always been a discovery of new flavors. It's also great for families with children, as they serve delicious fries. It's a great place to try in the summer, but I'm not sure how it is in the winter. There are free parking spaces in front of the place (often busy) or in the narrow streets nearby. The staff is friendly and attentive, almost like family.

16/03/2026: A very nice and welcoming place, amazing food, a spectacle. The waitress was very sweet and helpful. No wait. Average prices. The quality of the food was excellent.
We can't wait to go back.
15/03/2026: Many positive reviews are just sycophancy. I ordered pizzas over the phone for a certain time, only to have to wait an additional 35 minutes. The lady at the register, besides being annoyed, was told to go to the tables because they needed staff, leaving those who needed to pay to wait. Not to mention the fact that they placed the pizzas in boxes on the garbage cans behind them. 2/5 stars only because the restaurant is good, but if they always work like this... I don't know.
EDIT: If you say so. I know what I saw. I don't want to start further controversy and risk having my review deleted for using the wrong words, as was about to happen. I hope things have changed. Good luck.
