26/09/2025: Let's start at the beginning. The tomato base tastes like tomatoes. You know, that sunny red fruit we use in salads, sauces, and more. Well, here it's really used. The crust is thin and perfectly cooked. The welcome from our lost French friends who don't speak a word of Italian was very pleasant. Two pizzas ready in ten minutes. Efficient and no fuss. All pizzas are under €10.

16/09/2025: Great, kind, punctual, and above all, the pizza is very good. Variety and quality. A must-visit every year. Keep it up. 👍

03/12/2025: Today we were guests for a ceremony at Osteria Briganti. The restaurant is located in the inner part of old Gallipoli; a very traditional and typical little place. The staff was formal and well-dressed. The coordination between the various appetizers, first courses, and second courses was excellent, despite the number of people in the room. A particularly polite and friendly young man served us during lunch. What can I say? I highly recommend it.

16/11/2025: This place was discovered online. What can I say? Excellent food, spaghetti with shrimp tartar and crumbled tarallo, the Topppp. The house antipasto was fabulous. The quality of the ingredients was excellent. The staff were attentive and the value was excellent. We'll be back with great pleasure.

10/11/2025: Farmhouse with quality local products...on Saturday evening we took the opportunity to try and enjoy some of the pizzas on the menu...delicious!!! 👏👏👏

23/10/2025: A place worth visiting, friendly service, great atmosphere, delicious food, generous portions and prices adequate to both quality and size. It's just a shame there wasn't enough room for dessert... I highly recommend it.

19/10/2025: Service needs rethinking, wait times are too long. Carbonara needs rethinking, it tasted only of raw egg. Seafood linguine was good. When ordering, we chose three different entrees and were asked to order two of the same. I don't think it's fair that when you go to a restaurant and pay €14/15 for a entree, you can't even choose which one you want. We returned hoping to eat as well as last time, but we were disappointed. Let's hope it was just a bad day.

29/11/2025: First experience. Truly VERY POSITIVE! It's a shame they can only give it 5 stars... actually, it deserves 10! Beautiful location, beautifully maintained outdoor spaces, well-structured and welcoming interior, exquisite house appetizer (mozzarella knots, peperonata, seafood salad, mixed fried foods, battered vegetables, parmigiana, and excellent sliced ​​bread). Orecchiette with mushrooms and seafood scialatielli were truly rich in flavor (and seasoning!). Excellent mixed roast. Tarts with a warm chocolate center, truffle, and lemon ice cream: EXCELLENT! 🤤 The staff was truly sooooo kind and knowledgeable. Kudos to the chef, who truly delighted us with his dishes, rich in flavor and taste! 😋 This will be one of the places I will absolutely recommend to all my customers 🙂 Aromas and flavors 💯

27/11/2025: I was there in September with some relatives and we dined outside. The atmosphere is elegant and very clean. We ate very well in terms of quality and quantity. The grilled meat was superb. I highly recommend it.

22/11/2025: A very unique atmosphere, typical of some Salento homes, with vaulted ceilings and walls made of Lecce brick. The typical Salento dishes are delicious. The owner and staff are courteous and welcoming. Good value for money. Recommended.

19/10/2025: Having fled another pizzeria, which had my approval the previous year (2023) until it expanded, the locals recommended this place to me. I came in for a pizza, but Lorenzo's presentation, the tasteful decor, the kindness of the staff (a very friendly girl with curly hair), the accuracy of the menu and the prices... and then the tablecloths, the cutlery changed after each course, the cloth napkins... I've dined here several times and I've tasted not only pizza, but much... much more... Everything was delicious. I forgot to take photos of the dishes and mark my presence with my daughter and son-in-law so I could have a souvenir... I'm only taking a few receipts to show how much I ate and how little I paid. One last mention: the kindness and deliciousness of the lady at the cashier. Please... don't change...! I'll be with you next year... don't disappoint me. And here I am in October 2025. They say "the murderer always returns to the scene of the crime." Well, I was there last year (see September 2024 review) and I returned again this year, where I: 1. Ate well; 2. Treated not as a customer but as a friend; 3. Cleanliness of the restaurant, elegance of the location; 4. Kindness, patience, and helpfulness of the staff; and 5. Professionalism of the "waiter manager." The review isn't just about the pizza, but also applies to other dates with different dishes... Pizza, meat, fish, mixed appetizers, first courses, beer, wine. I have the presumption of wanting to return next time. Photos are not required to prove my presence on site.

31/08/2025: This place has become a must-try for me every time I visit Salento. Words can't describe the mastery of the preparation and sophistication of the dishes. We're talking about fish cured meats! I don't eat meat or meat products, but I can say with certainty that their fish cured meats are every bit as good as real cured meats. Try them and believe them! Grab a platter, or a tuna porchetta, or a tuna veal stew, and tell me I'm wrong! All washed down with the local rosé... Top! But can we leave out the dessert that literally blows my mind? The frisamisú! I repeat, it's a must-try for me every time I visit. Unfortunately, it seems they're about to cut back on the opening flowers to focus more on their artisanal cured meats, which you can buy if you want 😉😉

22/10/2025: Courtesy and kindness were endless. The croissants and rustici made especially for us at 6 in the morning were excellent: EXTRAORDINARY!!!

23/08/2025: Excellent breakfast! We started the day off right thanks to this welcoming and well-kept bar. The staff was exceptionally kind, smiling, and attentive, creating a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Recommended! (Especially the chocolate shell!!!!)
