08/02/2025: Pleasant place and relaxing atmosphere; the starters and fish main courses were very good (I would add a little yoghurt sauce to the tuna crust); nice selection of desserts, decidedly original! I came back after some time and still enjoyed it! Even today I appreciate it again: the seared octopus and the scottona tartare are excellent; the Bavarian cheese is excellent!

19/01/2025: Very nice restaurant, the food is really good. Nothing is left to chance. It's my favorite place to come back to every time I'm in Lecce.

30/03/2025: In beautiful Lecce, we booked with TheFork. From the outside you could already imagine the level of the restaurant. Well welcomed by a kind and friendly staff. The dinner was a succession of surprises for the fresh and expertly cooked food. Impeccable service with the staff always attentive and discreet and then the friendliness of Kiki. Highly recommended!!!!

18/11/2024: Delicious food in an attractive bistrot. Cozy atmosphere and friendly service. Original (Tiscan) dishes without pretension. Economic prices but optimal quality. Good vegan options but also chicken and meat. In short, highly recommended. And a nice surprise at the end 😉

21/09/2024: We came across this restaurant by chance. I must say that we ate very well. They took us to see the catch of the day. We chose monkfish which was cooked with pasta. It was exceptional. Then we took a sea bass fillet with aubergines and chicory, which was also very good. It is clear that those who manage the restaurant do it with passion, which, unfortunately, is now rare to find. You can say that this is a restaurant that cooks fish! Well done, keep it up.

16/09/2024: Trovato per caso, caso fortunato. Abbiamo cenato benissimo piatti tipici pugliesi veramente molto buoni. I proprietari accoglienti e molto cordiali ti fanno sentire in famiglia. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Prima della fine della vacanza ci torniamo.

22/03/2025: Reservation confirmed for 9:00 pm. Arriving at that time we were told to wait 5-10 minutes for the table to be freed. 40 minutes passed, after several reminders, the fateful table still had not been freed. In the meantime, a table of 4 people became free and they decided to seat a couple who had arrived even after us (perhaps because they knew a waitress with whom they had chatted before sitting down). The service and the constant teasing were shameful. We were their customers but after tonight never again.

14/02/2025: I had the pleasure of having lunch at L'Osteria and I was really satisfied! The dishes are plentiful and tasty. The generous portions satisfy even the most demanding palates, and all at truly affordable prices. An excellent quality-price ratio that makes the experience even more pleasant. The staff is friendly and attentive, the environment welcoming and familiar. I will definitely be back!

02/02/2025: Elegant and refined location. Very kind and welcoming staff. The chef's dishes are a delight for the palate! We can't give more than 5 stars, but it certainly deserves double! Highly recommended!

19/01/2025: Location e arredi da trattoria ma con piatti gourmet non inerenti al posto, buona la qualità ma si resta quasi a digiuno, menu' misero.Il personale poco comprensivo e incapace di rimediare agli errori. Prezzi alti rispetto a quanto offerto.

15/12/2024: Immancabile, unico. Abbiamo scoperto per caso l’osteria perfetta a Strudà in provincia di Lecce, lo scorso giugno. Il cibo parla solo di cose buone, l’atmosfera è super accogliente, locale. Il menu ti racconta solo bontà e bellezza autentica, senza ma e senza se. Si trova in una piazzetta che declina i canoni salentini al 100%. Noi abbiamo cenato, la prima volta durante il passaggio di una processione. E’ stato un po’ come assistere ad una rappresentazione, e, con il dovuto rispetto per la celebrazione, questo è stato per noi singolare e memorabile. Il “ Salentoshire ”, ormai si sa in tutto il mondo, è una meta unica e speciale. L’osteria “La Chiacchieretta ” lo incarna. Si trova in una piazzetta raccolta che ti delizia con cosi tanta bellezza che ti resta negli occhi. Il nome del locale: “La Chiacchieretta ” è il manifesto della “mission” di questo locale così semplicemente “unico”. Ed è l’anima di Maria Grazia che rende possibile questa emozione. Lei è una signora così simpatica. Molto indaffarata, che ti regala con entusiasmo istantanee della la sua narrazione: fra un servizio al tavolo e un’occhiata vigile alla sua cucina, e rende tutto così interessante e bello. E tu diventi parte di questa bellezza che ti circonda insieme al gusto delle cose buonissime che assapori Così la tua cena è un amichevole convivio che ti conquista e ti fa solo venire voglia di tornare e tornare. Siamo stati più volte dopo la “scoperta” .. e ci torneremo l’anno prossimo per godere ancora di questa magia. Maria Grazia lei é super brava, a presto

17/03/2025: From the outside it seems small as a restaurant but it has a large room and an outdoor terrace which has also been set up to be used in the winter. The food isn't bad, of course, but it didn't impress me personally. Subjective judgement. But nothing to complain about. Congratulations to all the staff for their professionalism.

10/02/2025: We visited this estate in view of a wedding. The lady who welcomed us and pointed out the various proposals was very kind and very helpful. The menus offered, among other things with different budgets, are very interesting and varied. The place is also very beautiful, both the internal room, in a simple but welcoming style, and the external space, very well-kept. A truly very beautiful structure

05/03/2025: Not very generous portions, price list of a multi-starred restaurant 😳. For a small plate of pasta with cream and speck €12, pasta with fish €16 per portion, seafood risotto €15, they could at least be called portions. In the end wrong account in excess then rectified in pen. I forgot, ordered a cut of meat, they served a grilled steak cut into strips.

06/03/2025: Ho pranzato con la famiglia ieri 5 marzo. Cucina alquanto ricercata dove predomina la qualità e la fantasia creativa dello chef nella trasformazione dei prodotti. Si gusta il pesce il pesce in modo diverso e agli antipodi della cucina tradizionale. Ingredienti ottimamente bilanciati. Una commissione “Michelin” sicuramente valuterebbe positivamente ogni piatto. Un plauso a Danilo per la sua capacità imprenditoriale nella trasformazione del pesce in insaccati, salse per condimento ed ogni altro suo prodotto. Cinque stelle e lode.

01/03/2025: Cuisine rather overrated but good overall, fair value for money but all ruined by the arrogance of the owner to whom we asked for only one of the larger first courses ordered but after pointing out the smallness of the portion despite the explicit request, the response was: "the dishes have this portion in the kitchen if he wants more order another" ... but can you answer the customer like this? All he had to do was add a small surcharge if a little more pasta cost him a lot. THIS IS ENOUGH TO SAY: NOT RECOMMENDED
