Leaving a restaurant with a satisfied smile is quite rare these days. I hadn't been back to "Da Amedeo" in a while. A quick but substantial lunch, the appetizer of eggplant rolls with cod was excellent, but chef Andrea surprised me with this excellent dish, made with few ingredients but wonderfully prepared: spaghetti with mussels, yellow cherry tomatoes, and zucchini flowers, a hint of lime for a touch of class. The icing on the cake was the mopping up of the bread with his own bread. Top 👏👏👏

Beautiful place, excellent food, and good service. The raw appetizers are very good, as are the cooked appetizers. The first and second courses are delicious, with delicate fried food. There's a lovely terrace if you want to eat outside.

Integrity, professionalism, elegance, cleanliness, and courtesy are at the pinnacle of 5-star dining, both in terms of the restaurant's management and customer service. The same applies to the quality and attention to detail of the highly refined dishes, fresh fish, and high-class cuisine. Not to mention the desserts, including homemade ones. The restrooms speak for themselves, as do everything else. Thanks to the lady, her daughter, and the chef-manager. We had a great time.

I discovered this restaurant purely by chance, and I was immediately impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the young chef's ability to describe the dishes he prepared. I also noticed that the chef was not only a good speaker, but also a skilled cook. We were all very pleased with the food served, and I personally returned several times to enjoy more of the delicious dishes. I definitely recommend this place.

The restaurant is well-kept and clean, and the food is very good. Table service is pleasant and professional, but the ingredients in the dishes were not listed for allergies or intolerances.
The price is reasonable for the location and the quality of the food.

We came as a couple and then with friends: we have fond memories of excellent cuisine made with the freshest, top-quality ingredients. The chef is on a whole other level compared to what we've enjoyed at many restaurants in Salento.
An authentic and high-quality culinary experience, which manages to enhance local tradition with modern technique and sensitivity, leaving us wanting to return again.
