14/09/2025: We had the great pleasure of dining at La Rillo—and it was a truly exceptional experience. The food was excellent, carefully prepared and full of authentic flavors. The service was extremely friendly, attentive, and thoughtful, making us feel welcome from the start. The ambiance also won us over: the small restaurant is tastefully decorated and creates a very welcoming atmosphere, where you immediately feel at ease and can enjoy your meal in complete relaxation. For us, it was one of the best dining experiences we've had in Puglia so far—highly recommended!

An excellent discovery; we were very well received and the food is delicious; the dishes are homemade and tasty! Bravo! Don't hesitate to travel a few kilometers into the Santa Cesarea countryside for a treat!

13/01/2026: Excellent welcome, spotless dishes, cotton napkins, and that's not to be taken for granted. The pizza, served in an electric oven, was good, although we had to wait a long time, but it was Saturday. We'll be back.

05/01/2026: Perhaps, as you read, Anthony Bourdain or other more or less well-known figures were there, and they evidently received service commensurate with their visibility. Some friends, ordinary citizens, and I had to wait over an hour and a half for two dishes...with a table service organization that I have no words to describe in its misery. Not to mention that the table was inadequate for the number of people, so the various small plates of the house appetizer, served all at once, had to be "temporarily parked" by some willing diner and, of course, eaten cold. I will add nothing more to this painful and unpleasant experience.
