14/09/2025: We had the great pleasure of dining at La Rillo—and it was a truly exceptional experience. The food was excellent, carefully prepared and full of authentic flavors. The service was extremely friendly, attentive, and thoughtful, making us feel welcome from the start. The ambiance also won us over: the small restaurant is tastefully decorated and creates a very welcoming atmosphere, where you immediately feel at ease and can enjoy your meal in complete relaxation. For us, it was one of the best dining experiences we've had in Puglia so far—highly recommended!

08/11/2025: Oh my, Blu Notte never fails to surprise. I have visited Lecce over the years and Blu Notte never fails to satisfy with it's delicious seafood. I recently took my friends to Blu Notte and had the famed grilled porcini mushrooms in a garlic olive oil dipping sauce, a speciality at this time of the year, an amazing seafood salad with lots of prawns, cuttle fish and mussels, and a grilled sole. Everything surpassed my expectations. My friends had a raw seafood salad and a seafood pasta loaded with an amazing variety of fresh seafood including langostine. I am never disappointed at Blu Notte. The staff are friendly, and engaging, and the atmosphere is beautiful with its vaulted ceilings and elegent atmosphere. Thank you for another incredible dining experience.

05/11/2025: Excellent restaurant in the heart of the historic center! The setting is elegant under the stone vaults, the service attentive, and the cuisine of high quality. We particularly enjoyed the antipasto di mare, composed of five seafood preparations – generous and enough to share between four people. The panna cotta deserves a special mention: a light and natural texture, resting on a bed of crisp biscuit, enhanced with a fruity glaze and decorated with a crispy roll. A true Italian dessert, both refined and balanced, far superior to what you often find elsewhere, for example at Lusso in Switzerland. An address to recommend without hesitation for discovering the gastronomy of Lecce. 😋 Note that we were so satisfied with our meal that we returned the next day.

02/11/2025: We were there on a Monday evening for the tasting menu and it was a wonderful experience. Besides us, there was only one other table with guests, so it was a very pleasant atmosphere, not loud at all and easy to have a conversation or focus on the food. It felt almost similar to coming to eat at a friends house. We had the 8 course menu, each dish introducing new flavors, including fresh raw fish and meat, all presented in a very appealing way. Although each of the portions was small, towards the last dishes we were actually quite full. Next time, I would make sure not to eat as much for lunch or go for the 6 course menu. The service was excellent, everything felt perfectly timed. When we were done with a dish, we had about 5 minutes to rest and then the next one arrived. Overall, we were there for about 2.5 hours which passed very quickly. The waiter was friendly, respectful, introducing each dish in English, and not trying to sell anything else than what we had chosen. The price was more than fair for such an experience, considering the amount of preparation that goes into all of these dishes, especially when there is such a small number of guests.

28/10/2025: A very well-kept place. Form and substance are key. Excellent dishes served in a competent yet familiar and informal manner. Pleasant atmosphere with very few seats. One of a kind.

30/08/2025: The pinsas are really good, with plenty of filling, and the fried food is delicious. The staff is really kind and attentive. Prices are average, and portions are satisfying.

10/11/2025: Small but cozy place. Excellent service, the waiter was helpful and skilled at suggesting the dishes. The first course was really good (tagliolini ricci and shrimp tartare). The appetizer was average, nothing too complicated or elaborate, but still absolutely delicious. Good value for money. We'll be back!

25/08/2025: Not far from Lecce, this small restaurant has a lovely garden. The waitress was lovely, and we felt pampered from start to finish. The cuisine is excellent and refined. I highly recommend the tasting menu, which allows you to fully experience the chef's cuisine and the careful selection of ingredients. Very reasonable prices for fabulous food. Thank you, we'll be back as soon as we return to Puglia.

03/10/2025: If you're passing through Gagliano del Capo, we highly recommend this restaurant. We had a wonderful meal there, from the "primo piatto" to the "dolci." The flavors are local and well-prepared! We received a warm welcome and the service was very attentive and friendly. Go there! ;)

16/10/2025: An excellent discovery! While passing through the region, we preferred to travel a few kilometers to get away from the coast, and we did well! An excellent discovery; we were very well received and the food is delicious; the dishes are homemade and tasty! Bravo! Don't hesitate to travel a few kilometers into the Santa Cesarea countryside for a treat!

15/10/2025: I always return to Rocci with great pleasure. The dining room service is perfect. The chef often asks diners how he can satisfy their needs while always achieving the highest quality in his dishes. Since I come regularly, however, I find the dishes need a bit of innovation. Even cyclically, they could use updating or revisiting (I hope this is constructive criticism). Prices, alas, are a little above average.
