04/04/2026: Pizza is a very subjective dish. At this pizzeria, you can choose how you want to eat it: Apulian or Neapolitan, crispy or soft with a thick crust. Compliments to the pizza chef, I'm always Neapolitan. The staff is attentive and ready to satisfy every request. Wait times are practically non-existent. QR code at the table with remote control to call. Everything is perfect. If I were from Gallipoli, this would be my go-to pizzeria. Prices are in line with the quality offered. Ad maiora.

Considering that there were people with food intolerances or vegetarians, he managed to accommodate everyone without having to prepare separate dishes. I'm so happy I chose Vecchia Fontana. I absolutely recommend it.

The food was excellent, with no predictable dishes, and well-balanced flavor combinations where no one flavor overpowers the other. The service was impeccable, fast, and very attentive to the customer's needs. About the chef... what can I say???!!! A magician, an artist, a poet... I don't know how to describe him, but his dishes have a bit of all these qualities! Well done, and congratulations, chef 😉👏

I've had the pleasure of tasting several of their creations, all made with love, care, and great attention to detail, and each time I've been pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness and quality of the ingredients. My absolute favorites are the lemon PASTICCIOTTI, with their creamy and fragrant filling, and the tiramisu cake, simply irresistible! Kudos to Giuseppe and Angela for the professionalism, passion, and skill they put into their work. You can really taste the difference! Highly recommended!
