04/11/2025: The place is nice, at least the inside area where I was (the outside area, enclosed by curtains, was unbearably hot and filled with a foul smell from the kitchen), and there's nothing to complain about the service either. The problem is the quality of the dishes we ordered: the lombrichi all'amatriciana was actually raw rather than al dente, and the sauce tasted only of tomato (and not particularly good); the gricia with pistachios had a bitter aftertaste and the same unpleasant odor as the place; and finally, the pork ribs, which would have been good if they hadn't been charred.

31/10/2025: I visited this lovely restaurant at the foot of Bracciano Castle last week. The owners and service were truly attentive, creating an intimate, family atmosphere. Finally tried the carbonara scientifica. The wine selection was also excellent...but 10 out of 10 for the focaccia they serve you, it's addictive!

07/06/2025: I can't review the place because I've never been there, I had written a review that mistakenly appeared on Cristiano's profile, you might say, how do you know the owner's name? Because following his kind report I proceeded to remove the review that appeared on the profile of his place and I contacted him personally with the number that is on the web. Not only did he thank me for calling him but he also encouraged me to have an aperitif at his place. What can I say, professionalism cannot be taught, either you have it or you don't and if this much gives me this much, his place is absolutely worth visiting

26/05/2025: nice place, it is saved for the environment. The food is normal, nothing exceptional. If you want to be a tourist or a party with friends, this is the right place.

05/11/2025: We recently went for lunch. Honestly, I had high expectations since some colleagues had mentioned it to me, and perhaps that's why I'm disappointed (spoiler alert). The menu is 80% fish and 20% meat, and the offerings include a good variety of appetizers, first courses, and second courses (and the usual average desserts). As mentioned, the buffalo mozzarella with prosciutto crudo (raw ham). The prosciutto was good quality, but the buffalo mozzarella (it was so small), like 90% of restaurants, is served cold... not even room temperature... The fish dishes actually looked nice, and those who ordered them confirmed the overall quality (although the fried foods had a bit too much oil leftover). Some friends and I ordered the fettuccine (with mushrooms and wild boar ragù). I presume to be able to judge the quality of a fettuccine, having eaten all kinds, especially homemade ones made by various people. Unfortunately, the ones at "I Quadri" lacked any of the fundamental characteristics of a good fettuccine. The pasta was extremely thick, which, combined with the al dente cooking, made it difficult (or impossible) to "wrap around a fork." It also lacked the roughness one expects from homemade pasta: the sauce literally ran off. Regarding the sauce, neither the mushroom nor the wild boar ones lived up to expectations, being rather liquid (disjointed) and lacking any distinct flavors. A real shame. The wine list is varied, but it's absurd that they don't include a red wine by the glass, only white. Coffee at the end: truly "a tear" in the cup. Yet we didn't ask for ristrettos... The service was courteous but not particularly precise: on several occasions we had to ask several times, attracting the attention of various waiters. In conclusion. An average experience that I could repeat only to taste the fish dishes which, in hindsight, seem to be the heart of this restaurant.

03/11/2025: The food at Il Quadri is good: excellent fried food, fish, risotto with scampi cream, excellent cocktails, excellent meat, desserts, and oysters. The price is fair, and the atmosphere is great, even on rainy days. Pure relaxation. The pizza and bar are also excellent.

09/02/2025: The piadina is very good, with fresh and well-matched ingredients. The dipper chips are also delicious, but the sticks are too salty. The staff is friendly, the only downside is the space is a bit small.

03/11/2025: The pizza was truly delicious, everything was perfect! Just one small note: the service was a bit slow. Also, the waiter was a bit distracted—we had ordered sparkling water, but they brought us still. We opened it, so we didn't ask for a change and didn't want to cause any problems. P.S. We spent €24 for two pizzas and a bottle of water.

02/11/2025: horrible taste of pizza, totally black on the ends of pizza and tough and bad ham, really thick base of pizza, one of the worst i have ever eaten, horrible!! but i have to add that they have nice staff and nice vibe

23/09/2025: Top-notch place, excellent fried food. We had two supplì with ragù and a meatball with boiled meat, truly delicious and not greasy. The supplì had stringy mozzarella and the meatball melted in your mouth. We'll definitely be back.

12/10/2025: A wonderful, non-touristy spot with indoor and outdoor seating that we visited almost every day – either before or after dinner (and sometimes both). The drinks are good and reasonably priced, and they also offer some small bites – we especially liked the cold cuts and cheese plate. The staff was always friendly and quick, and we felt completely comfortable and welcome every time. Be aware that they completely close at 10 pm, i.e. they start cleaning around 9 pm and it can become a little uncomfortable and smelly when you are inside.

11/10/2025: Looking for a place with an attractive location but terrible food? Then this place won't disappoint! You'll be greeted by so-called "Vaseline" staff who will try to sell you delicious Gorgonzola croquettes, making you believe you're in for a good meal. But be careful, because the act of sodomy occurs with the first courses, which are clearly made with frozen condiments and pre-made sauces. I won't go into specifics because what I've written sums it up perfectly. Prices? Let's not talk about them because with what they offer, they should be doing charity work. And I want to tell people that instead of being fooled by the Instagram-style "location," they should actually taste the dishes to understand what they're eating.
