24/04/2026: I discovered this place several years ago, and at first, I was really won over: generous, creamy, and flavorful dishes—just the kind of street food that leaves you satisfied and wanting to return. Over time, however, and partly due to its growing success, I've noticed a slight decline in quality. Nothing drastic at first, so much so that I keep coming back, always trying new things. Unfortunately, our last experience didn't live up to expectations: we ordered a carbonara and a gricia, both of which arrived completely cold, not very creamy, and with significantly smaller portions than in the past. I had the feeling that the place struggles a bit when it's crowded, and this affects the quality of the dishes. Despite everything, I want to continue to trust it, because I know how much it can offer when it's at its best. I really hope to return and rediscover the flavors and attention to detail of our early days.
