A somewhat hidden restaurant in Frascati. Inside, there's a counter with all the cured meats, cheeses, and vegetables prepared on-site. There are plenty of tables inside and an outdoor terrace (highly recommended in the spring and summer months). The staff is kind and friendly, and the food is truly delicious. I recommend the mixed cured meats and cheese platter with focaccia. Definitely recommended for lunch/dinner.

A typical homely place in the area. Very basic but very welcoming. The owner was very helpful, and the typical dishes arrived on time. Everything went as expected. We would have liked to spend a little less, but it's fine if you had a good time.

Good food, nice atmosphere, typical of fraschette. Spacious dining rooms and outdoor seating. Always crowded, friendly but very rushed staff. Average prices.

We were walking around Frascati looking for somewhere to eat and we said let's try this. At the entrance it seems like a small place but inside you find yourself in a beautiful, spacious, ancient restaurant. Friendly people, just the way we like them. Excellent service and delicious food. Everything was excellent, from the appetizers, focaccia platter, to the first courses, cacio e pepe, and amatriciana, and the dessert. My boyfriend and I were very satisfied, we had a wonderful lunch. Thank you so much. We'll be back soon.

I guide groups of Auser members. Today, after visiting Frascati, I had the opportunity to eat at Cantina Il Pergolato! It was a great choice, and everyone on the trip raved about the quality, quantity, and price of the menu offered! Thanks to the attentive staff, we had an excellent lunch. Highly recommended!

10/03/2026: We arrived in Bracciano on Sunday evening and this place was our choice. Even though we weren't really dressed for the occasion and didn't have a reservation, we were welcomed warmly. The whole place has a very nice atmosphere. A restaurant with a real romantic atmosphere! The service and the food are both first class! Their burrata appetizer was simply brilliant! If you're in Bracciano, don't miss this place!😍
