I'd known about Fraschetta a while ago, but hadn't been there for a while. Despite the years that have passed, I'm still satisfied. I went there with my family on a Saturday for lunch. We enjoyed the beautiful upstairs terrace. The staff was friendly and helpful. We chose a variety of appetizers to sample the fraschetta specialties, as well as various platters including focaccia, bread, pizza, and a first course. The first course is very generous, worth considering. You can also choose from small, medium, or large platters. The pizza is very good. They also serve it for lunch. For five adults and two children, we spent €110. We didn't order wine. I recommend it.

A somewhat hidden restaurant in Frascati. Inside, there's a counter with all the cured meats, cheeses, and vegetables prepared on-site. There are plenty of tables inside and an outdoor terrace (highly recommended in the spring and summer months).
The staff is kind and friendly, and the food is truly delicious.
I recommend the mixed cured meats and cheese platter with focaccia.
Definitely recommended for lunch/dinner.

A typical homely place in the area. Very basic but very welcoming. The owner was very helpful, and the typical dishes arrived on time. Everything went as expected. We would have liked to spend a little less, but it's fine if you had a good time.

Excellent draft beer, porchetta, pickled appetizers, and cheeses. We had a wonderful aperitif.

I guide groups of Auser members. Today, after visiting Frascati, I had the opportunity to eat at Cantina Il Pergolato! It was a great choice, and everyone on the trip raved about the quality, quantity, and price of the menu offered! Thanks to the attentive staff, we had an excellent lunch. Highly recommended!
