22/10/2025: After my first somewhat critical review, I have to review my vision of the place, I have been back several times for lunch and I must say that they deserve a good 5 ⭐️ the dishes remain good as I had already written, the friendliness is always present, we have tiramisu requested andeeeeeee nice and different epilogue from last time... I think they identified me as a reviewer 🤪😜🤪 Now I'm there 3/4 times a week and I love it Old review… All good but damn tiramisu served frozen just can't be accepted... Rather tell me I haven't defrosted any if you want to wait but the working lunch is always with the minutes numbered... Sin

06/04/2026: "Neapolitan-style" pizza After years, I'm renewing my 5-star rating! Very good pizza 😉... delicious and tasty appetizers! The desserts are also fantastic, especially the fried zeppolette with Nutella! 😊 The owners are kind and friendly, as is the staff. Highly recommended! (P.S. They also do home delivery.)

Despite its busy location, the service was fast and professional. There's nothing better than being served promptly when you want to enjoy the view. It's truly the ideal place for a regenerating break. Whether for a quick coffee or a sunset aperitif, the energy of the place will completely recharge you. In short: A perfect mix of efficiency and beauty. One of the few places in Rome where the breathtaking view is accompanied by service that never disappoints.

21/03/2026: ANYONE WHO HANDLES MONEY CANNOT, UNDER ANY REASON, TOUCH FOOD WITH THEIR HANDS!!! And that's exactly what I saw with my own eyes, NOT once, but repeatedly!!! Let me be clear!!! And I'm immensely sorry, as I believe Bar Gianicolo is perhaps the only place in all of Rome to have maintained such obsessive attention to top-quality products and the ability to display them artfully to the customer's eye! Prime-quality ham, not "cooked shoulder," real fior di latte mozzarella, not "plastic substitutes," bakery bread, not "products with accelerating yeast," and croissants with a unique flavor!!! I repeat: quality and appearance are absolutely NOT up for discussion! This is a matter of HYGIENE, which is best left unsaid! Especially since the health risks are extremely high when you touch sandwiches and pizzas after handling coins and banknotes!
