We had a great time, finding a very welcoming environment both in terms of greenery with many plants at the entrance and in the welcome. The rooms are beautiful, very spacious and essential. We came across the restaurant by chance because while having breakfast we realized that you could also book for lunch or dinner. Here, we have to scold the reception for not giving us directions, this restaurant is to be considered at the entrance of the "Orto di Roma" complex, because we came across the other restaurant where I almost got poisoned. I advise you in the future, in case of unpleasant events like ours, to communicate between reception and restaurant in order to find a solution to enhance you precisely so as not to undermine your very good reputation. I also noticed that many people think they are coming to you and review the other place taking credit that they do not have and vice versa they put negative reviews for you but they went "elsewhere". Now, let's talk about the restaurant: An incredible menu, without too many frills but of quality. We ate a delicious mixed appetizer, a fried dish and a mouth-watering sea bass. Excellent side dishes and delicious desserts. The incredible service, waiters and management really nice and friendly. Helpful and professional. They sent us away satisfied, with a smile and at a convenient price. We got to know all the staff and the manager, chatted and smiled together with everyone for our experience, in addition to having eaten like masters. In short, thank you for this beautiful culinary and hotel parenthesis, but, I recommend, make the most of this jewel of a place that you have in your hands, distancing yourself from certain places. The reputation of those who, like you, give so much for a place that they are caring for with their heart is at stake. Thank you for everything.

03/12/2024: This review will not provide information on the quality of the cuisine, which would appear to be of a good standard from the personal reports I received, but on the quality and professionalism of the owners. I am a fan of Campania cuisine, and by virtue of the good reviews received from trusted friends, I decide to discover this place. I sign up on the Facebook social page, I ask if the dish on the "zite alla Genovese" menu is always available or is it off-menu, and I inform them that I would soon book with a group of friends to try their cuisine, in particular that dish of which we are fond of. "We are waiting for you with open arms", this is the comment on the Facebook page, to which I also put a sappy little heart. This morning I book via the Wa channel, I request 14 places for Saturday 14 December. I was immediately informed that due to an event already scheduled for that date, they could not accept my request. They apologize and at the same time invite me to propose an alternative date. I propose to bring it forward to Friday 13 December; unfortunately the venue is not available for that date either. I therefore suggest moving to the following weekend, Friday 20th or Saturday 21st December, I leave it up to them to choose the day according to availability, however, keeping in mind that there will no longer be 14 of us, but between 8 and 10 people. After a few minutes, I was informed by telegram that the restaurant does not accept table reservations. Thank you for your interest. Stunned by such a response, I highlight the lack of transparency and contradictory nature of their behavior, I invite them to provide the correct information on the social pages they manage, and to quantify the number beyond which the reservation cannot be accepted as it is considered a "table" . (from the exchange of messages I deduce that the limit must not exceed 8 people, but I suggest asking for confirmation). So, if you want to try the cuisine of this place together with other people, know that there is a numerical limit to be able to access; if, unfortunately, you are a typical family of 4 people who would like to spend an evening with another typical family dear to them, also of 4 people, avoid calling them, or book separately. I must say that the managers apologized after my complaints, blaming a collaborator who was not aware of the ban on taking tables. Professionalism and customer care are fundamental, and are not only expressed in the refinement of the quality of the raw materials and in knowing how to cook them. But also by communicating, on websites or on Facebook or Instagram pages, by virtue of clarity and transparency, one's legitimate business choices, such as not taking reservations above a certain limit. And above all, avoiding communicating it telegraphically and abruptly, after a morning of exchanging messages and after the client has proposed 3 other alternative dates at their invitation. For me, for my 14 friends, this place does not deserve to be visited anymore. We need to give positive energy only to those who deserve it.

17/11/2024: Recommended by a friend, I went to this place for dinner with my wife. We ordered and ate everything; from appetizers to dessert. We were very satisfied as all the dishes were of excellent quality. The service was also fast and the managers were very friendly and approachable.

22/05/2025: As soon as we arrived at the restaurant and sat down, they handed us a basket of bread, and I told them we didn't want any. We placed our order and thought it was a bit small. I ate it in less than 5 minutes. There wasn't even 100g of pasta! Too bad… That's why we decided not to order dessert… We won't be back!

14/02/2025: Nice place, very kind staff and easy parking. Cavalletti and Ricci now occupy the place: excellent pastry shop with tea and chocolate for all tastes. The small pastry shop is delicate but the legendary millefeuille is always good

L’accoglienza è sempre impeccabile, il personale gentilissimo, professionale e sempre con il sorriso, sia alla cassa che al banco bar. I prodotti sono di altissima qualità e spesso esclusivi come per esempio il nuovo panino con il pulled pork vegano ben fatto e saporito Un’oasi di gusto e cortesia prima del volo. 23/04/2025: Il T3 è squallido ma per fortuna c'è questo locale dove stamattina sono stato con mia figlia. Personale gentilissimo e simpatico, quasi prendere un caffè al bar sotto casa. Consigliatissimo!
