16/01/2025: Un’osteria straordinaria! Cibo delizioso, ingredienti freschi e cura impeccabile. Il proprietario è accogliente e caloroso, ti fa sentire subito a casa. Un’esperienza che consiglio a tutti gli amanti della buona cucina di Frascati.

04/01/2025: Siamo tornati da ToTo per il veglione di Capodanno, dopo averlo conosciuto in analoga occasione e frequentato altre volte a pranzo negli ultimi due anni. Conferma di qualità e gentilezza, ottimo menù. Una nota particolare: la pasta fresca "solo farina e acqua" ha esaltato i sapori... e ho assaggiato la più buona Amatriciana fin qui mangiata a Roma!

07/02/2025: Ormai andare a cena fuori è diventato un flop ogni volta. Tutti questi nuovi ristoratori che si improvvisano esperti di materie prime e fanno soldi solo per il locale alla moda o grazie ai social (il cibo, le preparazioni, l'educazione e il servizio lo lasciano altrove). Beh se volete davvero godervi una serata come si deve, venite e provate questo locale. Atmosfera di pace assoluta, pochi tavoli, zero confusione. Servizio IMPECCABILE, attenzione al cliente, educazione e accoglienza. Prodotti stagionali, materie prime di vera QUALITÀ. La tagliata di filetto una prelibatezza assurda; e si, loro la fanno come dicono loro perché ci mettono la faccia e il nome e soprattutto la passione...una cosa o va fatta bene, o te la vai a trovare mediocre altrove. Sicuramente il prezzo è più alto rispetto alla mediocrità che si trova in giro, e meglio così! Preferisco andare sul sicuro, pagare di più, ma sapere di trascorrere una serata davvero di qualità, possibile grazie a professionisti che davvero ci hanno studiato sopra. Siamo stati un paio di volte nelle ultime settimane, e ci rivedremo presto

21/04/2025: We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant, which is surprising especially given the five-star reviews and beautiful photos online. We visited with our kids, expecting a quality meal, but unfortunately it was far from that. We ordered risotto, which came out completely cold—something we never expected, especially in Italy, where even the most modest places usually serve hot, fresh dishes. We also ordered pork for our son, but the waiter (who we later realized is the current owner’s son) completely forgot the order. When we asked about it, the dish was brought out just five minutes later, also cold, and with a strange smell that made us wonder if the meat was even fresh. My husband’s order never arrived at all. After seeing the quality of what we were served, we decided not to wait any longer. We paid and left without eating a proper meal. It really felt like there was no one properly managing the kitchen—no chef, no attention to basic quality. Based on other reviews, we suspect the restaurant used to be run by the father, and maybe that’s when those great experiences happened. But now, sadly, things have clearly changed, and not for the better. We don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this was truly disappointing—especially at such high prices. Definitely not the experience we expected in Italy.

14/03/2025: Las combinaciones de sabores inventivas y emocionantes fueron maravillosas. El “Juego del Calamar: Hamburguesa de queso” fue excepcional. El menú Degustación de 7 platos fue delicioso aunque algunos platos son un sabor adquirido. Servicio increíble con un gran ambiente y un vino maravilloso.

07/03/2025: Het was verrassend en genieten van de details. Daarnaast een zeer goed passend wijnarrangement. Aanrader voor de liefhebber. Wij kozen voor het 5 gangen menu met wijnarrangement.

30/04/2025: I stopped by for a quick lunch and got three types of pizza - stuffed with sausage and mozzarella - porcini mushrooms - prawns and salad Plus a supplì. The pizza was good both in terms of dough and toppings, the supplì didn't convince me.. the owner seems approachable and friendly.. generally speaking, passed 👍

04/01/2025: The pizza is very good. The absolute surprise is the pizza without mozzarella for anyone who has trouble eating it for one reason or another. He makes many varieties (courgettes, mushrooms, etc) and it's the first time he doesn't miss cheese. In other pizzerias when you ask for it like this they are empty, not very tasty but here they are well mixed. And he also uses spices very well, neither too much nor too little. Unfortunately the only flaw is that the environment is small, only two tables, but very welcoming and helpful. Advise

21/02/2025: I would like to point out that it is a diner. Few words, a lot of substance. Place where you can eat dishes with restaurant preparation. Kind and friendly staff and manager. Very comfortable place, where you can eat without any rush. But, to truly appreciate it, I recommend everyone to try it at least once. P.s. I told Fabio (the manager) some time ago to try to participate in one of Chef Rubio's television programs, but Fabio only thinks about the substance 👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

06/04/2025: Food tastes like wiskas with 1 kg salt over it, and they scammed a whole group of students by telling the teachers the wine is 15€ and giving out wine's for 22€

01/04/2025: It is a restaurant like other restaurants with a more touristy purpose in Rome. It has interesting dishes, with regular prices.
