They probably don't know much about the hospitality, judging by some of the reviews I've read (though I've never had any problems with that personally). However, it's unquestionably one of the best pastry shops in Rome. The flaky and leavened pastries are top-notch, the classic pastry making is top-notch, and the creative pastry making has a personal style, great technique, and is very recognizable. The ingredients are top-notch. Regardless of personal tastes regarding individual desserts, you can't help but acknowledge the high quality they offer, and anyone who says otherwise, in my opinion, is either misunderstanding or disingenuous.

Everything was very good. I bought the Easter egg as a gift and it was much appreciated. The staff could work on the checkout process, especially.

In addition to the excellent quality of the pastries in general, the croissants and the panettone are noteworthy, which was truly the surprise of Christmas 2025, the best ever compared to Pepe, Sal de Riso and Massari. Congratulations!

Delicious pastries, pastries, coffee, cappuccinos, and biscuits. My favorite is the Roman sfoglia (ciavattone), a delicious caramelized pastry filled with cream or jam. During Easter, they create artistic eggs, which are stunning to look at, but some people won't want to eat them. The tramezzini are also excellent. A modern establishment with a decent amount of seating both inside and out, with table service. Friendly, professional staff. Parking is fairly easy in the square.
