11/09/2025: If you're a foreigner, they treat you with the tip of their toe. Terrible service, that is. They make faces that say we're leaving right now. The pizza wasn't spectacular. I wouldn't go back. Maybe they'd show a little more empathy for tourists.

06/09/2025: The service is terrible. There were 3 free tables, we were 6 people, and they didn't organize us and told us there was no space. The service was horrible.

17/10/2025: A pizzeria that pays attention to the ingredients used, with original gluten-free recipes and more. Prices are high, especially considering the unique dishes served.

17/08/2025: Good pizza for lunch, delivered quickly. The only downside was having to pay different amounts on different days for the same menu.

16/10/2025: €11 for a glass of Rosé wine (it was €6-7 on the menu) because it was served with a "snack": a bowl of Amica Chips molle, taralli, and tortilla chips. Obviously, not finger food, but supermarket-quality stuff. The aperitif with a platter and drink included on the menu was €10. 🤡 I waited 10 minutes or more for the waitress to place my order, while the place was half-empty, and now I understand why. I'd also like to add that the famous "snack trio" isn't mentioned on the receipt, either on the digital menu they offer with a QR code or on the website. If it's an added service with an extra charge, the waitress should inform the customer that they're ordering something "off the menu," with the additional cost. I'm talking about a mini bowl of chips for €6. Now I'd like an explanation from the owners.

21/09/2025: The restaurant is nice, the food is quite good, and the prices are quite reasonable. Unfortunately, I've had three negative experiences regarding wait times and service organization. I made reservations three times, and three times I waited at least 40 minutes. I didn't write negative reviews the first two times because I thought they were understaffed or had a problem. The third time, I realized they were systematically taking more reservations than they could handle. The last time, I made a reservation at 2:00 PM (on a regular Sunday, not a holiday). At 2:45 PM, we and about twenty-five other people in the same situation were told to wait another 10 minutes (all with 2:00 PM reservations). Considering that the kitchen was scheduled to close at 3:00 PM, I wonder if... but even if we'd wanted to, we would have eaten at 3:15/3:30 PM, having made a 2:00 PM reservation. What a shame.

02/09/2025: The location is quite nice and the waiters are friendly, but there are two major problems: the service organization and the kitchen. The dining room and kitchen seem very disorganized: 1. The waiters come by multiple times to take the same order. 2. Paper menus (and prices) are nonexistent. 3. We waited over half an hour for the first course. 4. We waited another half an hour for the second course. Food quality: 1. The first courses seemed quite tasty (perhaps too much so) and the price was reasonable. 2. The second courses, however, (two burnt sausages placed on a slice of bread with a tiny slice of bacon in the middle) seemed to be of very poor quality: the sausages were too fatty and the price was too high (13 euros per portion). 3. The baked potatoes were cooked well but too salty. 4. The house wine: a little too acidic. 5. When we got home, we felt the heaviness of lunch. Finally: payment is cash only, but you only know this when you get there: that is, when they tell you the POS terminals don't work there.

08/10/2025: Unfortunately, most bars offer frozen or "mass-produced" baked goods. Gran Bar Conca d'Oro has excellent croissants (a wide selection), made on-site by their pastry chef, which are worth every calorie. I happened to stop by at 6:00 in the morning and already found a wide selection of croissants.

05/10/2025: The croissants are good and the staff is kind and smiling.

15/10/2025: The coffee was good, the bread was much less drippy, I expected it to be softer but instead I found it very dry

28/08/2025: I went to the piadina shop at the Aura shopping center yesterday; I work there. I was greeted by a very kind man who listened to my needs, as I'm gluten and lactose intolerant. The piadina was excellent ;)

30/07/2025: The place was packed, rightfully so, at lunchtime, with only one employee in the kitchen and one at the counter. We ordered two rolls and a piadina at the self-service checkout and sat down to wait for them to call us. When our order arrived, I noticed that one of the two rolls had been made into a piadina, so I went back inside to point it out (since the roll is more expensive than the piadina because it's supposedly bigger and has more fillings). He asked me if I wanted it remade, and I agreed. He took the piadina I had in my hand and after 30 seconds came back and handed it back to me. I immediately noticed that it was the same piadina they tried to roll, as it was broken in the same spot as when I handed it to them and was now cold. I understand the amount of work and only two people managing everything, but this is really taking the piss! Human error is an issue, but I expected them to apologize and remake it or give me my money back.

09/10/2025: Had a dinner with the family, was very good. All we ordered was very tasty, the pizza was amazing!

25/03/2025: Cucina casareccia "de Na vorta", servizio nei tempi, con il locale pieno non si può pretendere un servizio lampo. Ragazzi gentili. Insomma.... Se po' fa, se po' fa.

14/09/2025: Rude waiter and eating mixed pasta with different cooking methods still upsetting my stomach. Exorbitant prices for what you get.

12/10/2025: A top-notch place for the quality and attention to detail of the products, all made in their in-house pastry shop. They're unfriendly and a bit snobbish, but it's an absolute must-do for anyone visiting the Tormaranvia street art museum or the catacombs behind it. Ask for the fried croissant... it's an experience you'll remember forever.

12/10/2025: I've been coming here since I was little, and it's always been an excellent pastry shop, with quality ingredients, bold flavors that never seem overdone, and beautiful designs. The only downside is that they keep raising the prices.
