I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Roma

07/04/2025: Pranzo domenicale per festeggiare compleanno di famiglia, 11 persone (9 adulti e 2 bambini di 7 e 2 anni). Il pranzo e la velocità di servizio impeccabili, menu un po' ridotto ma di qualità e lo avevo provato già due volte. Però stavolta devo segnalare quanto segue come una caduta di stile: abbiamo portato una torta di pasticceria per il compleanno e ci hanno fatto pagare 2€ cadauno quindi 22€ per il taglio torta. Allora, sicuramente non sono gli unici a farlo, ma certamente non lo fanno tutti i ristoranti, e ritengo che sia un modo ridicolo per fare due spicci in più.. potrei accettare un forfettario.. ma non mi venite a dire che sia una cosa giusta quando sappiamo tutti che anche il prezzo del coperto (che c'era) è illegale!!! E quanto ricarico e guadagno hanno sulle cose, soprattutto su vino e primi!!!

06/04/2025: Menù vario, cibo buono con ottima carne alla brace. Bella posizione con vista sul borgo di Ceri e la vallata. Nelle belle giornate in lontananza si vede anche il mare. Comodo parcheggio. Personale gentile e sorridente. A differenza di altri clienti la nostra tavolata ha molto apprezzato il fatto che il ristorante NON accetti gli animali. Ristorante consigliato.

01/05/2025: The staff is friendly and the place is in a very central location. Ideal for stopping, resting and eating something. The food was delicious. The wine was first served and tasted, then brought in a glass. It was quite high quality.

14/06/2025: Trattoria da I veri sapori della tradizione Romana. Everything superb and delicious. Unfortunately I was unable to take photos. Everything good. Top service. Location appropriate to the type of restaurant. Highly recommended

26/05/2025: The trattoria is next to the Sacrofano station on the Rome-Viterbo line. Two large rooms with a large fireplace where the meat is grilled. The spaghetti cacio e pepe is excellent, as are the tonnarelli with ragù. The service was quick and the staff was courteous and efficient. There is a fairly large parking lot. There is no paper menu, the prices are a bit high despite the quality products.

30/03/2025: I booked on the fork and didn't know the place. Everything was perfect from the welcome, to the dishes cooked very well, you can see and above all you can taste quality raw materials, I highly recommend it to everyone if you go to Tivoli

02/07/2025: Delicious vegetarian menu, worthy of the view of the Colosseum. Impeccable service. Only flaw: despite what is indicated on the website, the dress code for men was not respected; see the guy with the hat, short sleeves and shorts in the photo below.

01/07/2025: Average food at very best, extortionate prices! , you seem to be paying just for a picture of the colloseum , €40 for a glass of wine & they kept trying to top you up , just to help rack up the bill

15/04/2025: THE CLASS N'EST PAS DE L'EAU First time, breakfast. The impression is of entering a refuge of time, where the mind stops for a few minutes, absorbed by the scents, the attention to detail and the music in harmony with the whole; some call it "meditation" (but I don't want to exaggerate). Despite the wide range of food on offer in Centocelle, this place stands out for its AUTHENTICITY which is that rare and unequivocal characteristic of truth, in this case in the experience, quality and sensitivity of the welcome. Nothing special but everything very pleasant and authentic; in this place you can see and feel the soul of those who carefully walk it. How is the food? For now just two good coffees and a slice of excellent artisanal apple pie. I'll come back and tell you. Compliments :)

11/06/2025: The room is facing a sports facility that has a horrible bright light even late at night! The hotel is on a hill and so tired to get yourself up! It is also not easy to go with bus from metro station. There is no WiFi in the room! And AC is not working until you call the reception!

10/06/2025: The only advantage is that it is in the heart of the Eur, otherwise it is a cold and inhospitable place with rooms that would need a restyling and a general renovation.

28/03/2025: Unlike those places in the center, where they try to force you to eat there, this is a real Roman Doc Restaurant, near the Mausoleum of Augustus, the Ara Pacis and Via del Corso, not too visible and currently penalized by the work in progress. After two and a half years we returned with pleasure, Bombolotti all'Amtriciana always sublime, perhaps a little undercooked, very tasty Saltimbocca (1 portion divided by 2), with two waters of 0.70, and 2 coffees, in total 62 euros for two people, in the center of Rome, it is an excellent price, especially for the quality of the food. Friendly waiters, you can feel the atmosphere of Rome.

09/07/2025: Restaurant near the Subiaco monastery. Very friendly staff and owners. We only had a starter, a drink, and a coffee. The portions weren't very generous; they were good, but not exceptional. As for the price, I was hoping for a bit less.

25/06/2025: We were in this restaurant, a good welcome and very kind, good gnocchi but the tagliatelle very very poor and miserable for the price, the lamb was only 2 small pieces and all fat and the high price, the veal was very good but very little for the price paid, shame they could have made more abundant portions for the price paid 😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔

21/07/2025: The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere made the whole experience even better. The Italian pizza was really tasty, with a perfect crust and fresh toppings. What stood out as well were the side dishes, which were full of flavor and matched the meal perfectly. Everything was served with great care, and you could really tell that quality matters here. It was a very enjoyable dining experience overall, and I would definitely come back.

03/07/2025: Really beautiful fish dishes, because the eye also wants its part, and above all tasty. Reserved environment. Excellent desserts too, I fully recommend the bacio alla civico 2. Excellent

28/06/2025: Restaurant just opened on Saturday in our Trieste neighborhood... my husband and I wanted to try it... I have to say we will return.... to see if expectations are good... the two managers Daniele and Massimiliano are very motivated and should be encouraged... in any case these two dishes (scottona tartare) and ravioli with datterini tomatoes were beautiful to look at and above all good....

15/03/2025: Sono stata invitata in questo ristorante per festeggiare un compleanno in famiglia. E' a pochi metri dall'ingresso di Villa Adriana. Il cameriere Claudio merita una menzione particolare per la sua simpatia e la sua professionalità. Il pranzo è stato molto buono: gli antipasti sono vari e ben preparati, come anche i primi. Le porzioni sono abbondanti, tant'è che non ho assaggiato il secondo. Tornerò sicuramente d'estate per cenare all'aperto in un contesto verde, suggestivo e curato
