18/12/2024: Stopped by for breakfast on our way to the bus. Very cozy cafe that serves quick coffee and croissants in the morning. Perfect stop. I really liked my Nutella Croissant and the Latte was very good as well. Big plus is that they got fresh pressed Orange Juice.

14/03/2025: This place and this staff deserves a lot. The real Roman pizza, shallow, crunchy and light (if you take it with sauce it will obviously be a little softer, but it still remains special, the Roman taste which is no longer found). I recommend the special pizzas, I tried amatriciana and gricia and they are exceptional. The fried pizzas, both classic and with raw and buffalo mozzarella, are delicious. The chips taste a lot of oil, but we know that they are a treat for the most greedy palates! The flavor of the kebabs is a bit strong, but they still remain a pleasant appetizer to share with friends. Wide availability of parking both inside and on the street, it's great to be able to leave the place between one course and another for a breath of fresh air without immediately finding cars whizzing by. For this reason I would like to say that it is also good for families. The staff are super friendly and courteous, they are guys who really want to do things, they are always open and available to even last minute requests, they really deserve a lot both for the fast service and for the smile that accompanies them. It is the second time we return to this restaurant and we hope to always find these same qualities every time we return. As a plus tip, replace the slightly hard chairs or at least add some cushions.

06/05/2025: Return trip, looking on Google Maps for a place other than the motorway service station, we chose this place at the Colleferro exit. We ate typical Roman cuisine: gricia and saltimbocca, very good dishes. Very kind staff. The owner wanted to present us with a small bag with biscuits prepared by them.

30/03/2025: Tornato ieri per pranzo dopo diversi anni abbiamo ritrovato la gentilezza del proprietario e la bontà nei piatti. Abbiamo iniziato condividendo un antipasto misto molto buono e gustoso assaggiando diverse prelibatezze. Proseguito con due ottimi paccheri: gamberi asparagi e lime per mia moglie, gricia di mare con crostacei e molluschi per me. Chiuso condividendo due calamari ripieni su letto di piselli. Buono il vino castillano proposto, servizio cordiale e veloce, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Stavolta non ripasserà molto tempo prima di rivederci ancora.

28/04/2025: On a Monday lunch I met with my wife in via dei colli portuensi and we decided to eat here. I usually take simple dishes when I don't know the place, 2 amatriciana in this case. Unfortunately it was a terrible pasta, pre-cooked and also badly, with rubbery bacon and sour sauce. There wasn't even pepper (or Chilli in some versions). It was not a dish that can be presented in any restaurant, especially in Rome. I give 2 stars reluctantly because the place is beautiful, the staff are friendly, with a nice selection of wines and it deserves a cuisine that is real cuisine. I personally spoke to the staff present and said these same words written here. I'll be back to see whether to confirm this rating or raise it, let's hope for the best! Good work

15/04/2025: Disappointment!! 4 aperitif menus. Small portions at restaurant prices (stay on the sidewalk). We had a drink off the menu and it was paid for separately... and the one on the menu was not served!!!. Distracted or cunning?? There is better in the area. Excellent wine shop for purchases.

10/04/2025: Typical Roman trattoria, Friendliness, kindness and friendliness. Gricia, carbonara, a mixed grill and arrosticini with potatoes with the inevitable Roman-style artichokes and fried courgette flowers, all very good, average price. The parking lot is very spacious.

17/03/2025: Très simple, peu gourmand et plutôt cher. Nous étions un groupe de 9. Seule les pâtes carbonara étaient bonne et copieuse. Pizza peu convaincantes. Nous nous sommes plaint du manque de Gorgonzola dans le Risotto et ils nous ont dit « les touristes n’aiment pas le goût du Gorgonzola donc on en met presque pas. On lui a répondu le touriste qui demande un « Risotto au Gorgonzola » c’est pas pour rien et il a répondu « ok la prochaine fois… ». Bref rien à faire du retour client. Dommage on reviendra pas.

26/03/2025: Pizza by the slice. They have a huge variety of pizzas of all kinds, delicious, and everything is very cheap. The price in the photo is about €15 plus a drink. A cheap place to eat and it's incredibly filling. You can't eat there, it's cramped. But it's much better because you can go out and eat somewhere nice.

21/03/2025: Bought an eggplant pizza from Alice in Via Monte Zebio Rome. Terrible pizza, full of oil, even the paper wrapper and the receipt stained with oil. Inedible, thrown in the bin. Definitely not recommended. (receipt no. 2098-0002 of 03/21/2025 at 10:42)

Carbonara is not worthy of being called such; the spaghetti with cheese and pepper, the pepper ruined the whole flavour: too much! and then take away the pillow, but what's the point? Either make cacio e pepe or make gricia. It is no coincidence about the food's flavor and taste. There is another review from 7 months ago. What, are you waiting to take action? I have doubts about going back.
