The restaurant is small, but it gives off the idea of ​​being at home. You immediately feel at ease. Bel locale, ottima cucina. Siamo stati per il pranzo di giorno 1. Sono stati gentilissimi nonostante avessimo avvisato del nostro ritardo e altrettanto pazienti nel consigliare cosa prendere data la nostra completa indecisione. Tutto buono, dagli antipasti, primi secondi dolci e vino... Grazie e complimenti.

Ristorante De Gustibus

20/03/2024: Pleasantly surprised by the restaurant (it is on the ground floor of the Mercure Hotel): elegant and very nice environment. There is also a bar that we appreciated for having an aperitif (with more than fair prices: Spritz €8 and Negroni €10). "Chic" dinner with proposals that combine Roman tradition with some innovation. Well presented dishes. Top up on honest wines. Prices not bad (starters around €14 and meat main courses between €16 and €20). Furthermore, we took advantage of the 50% discount with TheFork: in practice, by taking an appetizer, a second course and a bottle of wine, the two of us spent €35 each. Not bad! The icing on the cake: the hotel's convenient parking. We will be back!
