They make you feel like part of the family, fulfilling customers' every wish. Special thanks also go to all the staff of the restaurant who are always kind and punctual in their service, from Mattia at the wood oven to Flavia in the dining room. 5 stars deserved!!! 06/04/2025: We have dined several times in this restaurant, and this evening, Saturday 5 April, will definitely be the last. Pizza at the limit of decency, menus just printed (according to the lady taking the orders, who didn't want to leave one for a 5 year old girl who was using it as a support to color a drawing she had made) but wrong. I ordered a 4 seasons (tomato is not listed on the menu, therefore a white base) and I received a capricciosa or in any case a red based pizza. I'll spare you the explanation I was given. Inside the room there is an unlikely swing installed, without any kind of sign to prevent its use. My daughter, another 7 year old girl, thought well of using it to swing, as soon as I noticed it I proceeded to call the little girl back and just at that moment she arrived (yes always her) and without caring about the fact that I the parent was already calling the little girl back she took the luxury of "fucking" the little girl who almost started crying (she is 7 years old anyway). Dear lady, I don't know who you are, and honestly I don't care, but if you need to intervene because you didn't notice that I was already doing it, you should do it with me and not with the little girl. What else can I say, very rude and unpleasant lady, I don't think it is necessary to say anything else. Personally, I do not recommend this place. At the end of the evening, the usual, rude and rude order taker, not having liked my review, came to make her complaints by shouting and railing against me in front of the whole room, effectively proving, as already said, an unpleasant person. In his rant he tried several times to underline that Valle Schioia is full of restaurants and that I can therefore go elsewhere, well to you who read this review I say the same thing, Valle Schioia is full of restaurants. I have no interest in burying myself with negative reviews, normally I abstain because we all work, but in the face of lack of respect I cannot and do not want to remain silent. These places should simply close down, and that's exactly what I warmly wish you. Nothing to say about the girl who brings the dishes to the tables, who unlike the other girl, without making excuses in the air, offered to make the pizza again...

The waitress, with an undefined name (but we think it’s called Camilla), doesn’t tolerate the proposal of a social experiment by a friend of ours, so she decides not to show up at our table anymore. Ps. They forgot the cutlery and a friend of ours (the same one from the social experiment) decided to eat the pizza “a portafoglio”. CAMOMILLA

27/04/2025: A true experience for the palate, everything was delicious, I'm sorry I didn't photograph the other dishes, but the desire to eat everything that arrived surpassed the desire to take the photo/reportage. The kindness of the staff is the icing on the cake of this place. For celiacs there is a wide choice, we didn't understand if they also make gluten free pizza, we'll find out when we return.

06/03/2025: Sono sempre stata cliente abituale di questo locale ma dopo l'ultima esperienza non ci tornerò più! Ho deciso di festeggiare il mio compleanno con tutti amici che frequentano il locale abitualmente. Alla prenotazione mi dicono che non potevano garantire un tavolo per 25 persone ma mai mi sarei aspettata di trovare un tavolo con a malapena 10 sedute... Ci hanno detto espressamente che non potevamo prendere nessuno degli sgabelli disponibili o sedie di altri tavolo vuoti, neanche nell'attesa dell'arrivo del tavolo... ma la parte peggiore è stato il momento della torta: mi avevano detto che non avevano piatti e forchette per il taglio della torta, quindi ho provveduto io a portarle ma nel momento in cui ho detto di poter portare la torta, il cameriere mi ha letteralmente lasciato la torta incartata in mano, lasciandomi un coltello al tavolo per tagliarla... Sullo scontrino ci sta il costo di 1 euro per il coltello! Il cameriere che ci ha servito è stato piuttosto scortese e maleducato, dimenticandosi più volte le ordinazioni e urlando ad un certo punto della serata "dovete chiedere i cocktail alla festeggiata non a me, mi sono rotto di ripeterlo 10 volte". Ma la parte peggiore è stata verso la fine della serata dove non c'erano quasi più tavoli ed ancora rompevano per le dannate sedie. Andandocene si sono pure lamentati di come avevamo lasciato il tavolo, perché per la loro assurda concezione è il cliente che sparecchia il tavolo.
