I ate steak and chips, everything was excellent, the owners were very kind. Spartan environment but everything excellent.

Magnificent restaurant, great food, prices are right. Great place to watch football matches and the service is very friendly. I recommend you eat a steak and you will like it a lot

Characteristic restaurant with grilled meat and homemade pasta. Internal room and outdoor space with porch. I have known the owner for many years, since he ran the Zì Nicola restaurant in the center of the town, with the same cuisine. Simple but friendly atmosphere.

A place worth recommending, nice atmosphere, even if you only have to communicate in Italian and there is no menu... :) The food was brilliant, bruscetta, steak, panna cota, cafe, bianco wine, everything perfect...

A typical inn with fantastic food and loving service! Where the locals go out to eat, people also like to eat. It is grilled over wood and cooked with a lot of love.

29/03/2024: We went early evening which seemed to shock the staff as it is common to eat late in the evening. But they made no fuss, set our table, seated us and served us with no long waits and incredible service. The food was some of the best we have ever eaten. The dark breaded scallops are the best scallops I've ever tasted! The carbornara, ditto! The setting is stunning and because it was early, we had the place to ourselves. Pianist started as we were leaving which created a lovely atmosphere.
16/02/2024: The place has been around since 1923, and of course it has been renovated...but it is affectionate, sophisticated, classic, and an icon in Rome. It is called “The Stairway to Paradise”.. In the restaurant the weather was cold so we had lunch indoors.. Alessandro is a lovely host and has great recommendations.

Caffè l'Isola Che non C'è

06/04/2024: We came across this restaurant with my husband and my little daughter by chance, and by luck. Beautiful place on the beach, the quality of the fish excellent. We ate very, very good. Very friendly and kind staff from the waiters to the owner. Really compliments. We will be back soon. Thank you
