It is always a certainty, quality and fair prices. The only flaw is the obligation of bread with the pizza, never seen before. I asked not to have it, it was explained to me that I would still pay for it. And then...I took it home

Carbonara is average, pizza ok. They add coperto and servizio also for the bread you didn't ask for. There are many better places with better prices.

Excellent pizzeria and typical cuisine in the heart of the Flaminio district... the artichoke alla giudia is made to perfection! The pizza (Roman pizza should be eaten in Rome) is not heavy and can be digested well... try the gorgonzola and pears.

15/05/2024: There is no need to beat around the bush to describe this prestigious structure! EXCELLENT in everything. I chose this location to celebrate my 25 years of marriage. We had exclusive access to the Il Roseto restaurant for the whole day, in the splendid setting of the historic Roman centre. Everything is impeccable, from the rich and refined menu, to the quality of the dishes and the service of the guys at the highest level. Thanks to Alessandra, director of the facility, and to all the dining room staff, Emanuela, Maria, Miriam, Simone. Salvatore is the chef who accompanied us on this wonderful day...his creations speak for themselves and no further words are necessary. THANK YOU Rose Garden Palace!!!
14/05/2024: Positives - excellent staff and service - instant responses to requests of help! ; great location in a quieter area opposite the US embassy; mini market nearby; buffet breakfast so so - had soya milk but as a vegan it was limited - no veg margarine or tomatoes or mushrooms ( lots of cheeses meat and eggs but lots of fruit and nuts so I survived ) Negatives - you have to ask for sauna to be put on but after an hour we had enough of sitting in a lukewarm warm bench even after addding buckets of water to steam. The pool was definitely not 26 degrees!!

02/11/2023: Locale per niente piccolo, non si capisce se è un ristorante o un bistrot, con mille uscite, dove, oltre ad un menù piuttosto risicato ha una totale mancanza di segnale internet (e ho scelto il tavolo sotto quale stava il modem!!). Scelgo dai primi l'unico (come il nome) piatto interessante – i tagliolini al nero di seppia con gamberi, pachino e bottarga, dove i pomodorini erano pure troppi, ma la bottarga non l'ho sentita per niente. Dai secondi proprio l'UNICO piatto da provare : la bistecca di Sashi ai ferri. Eh, questo è stato un buon secondo, carne di qualità e cottura ottima. Mando un'altra volta i complimenti in cucina! Tiramisù passabile, fatto al momento, con i savoiardi che non hanno incontrato nemmeno di striscio il caffè. Un buon servizio da parte della responsabile della sala, anche se la canottiera che indossava non era proprio l'uniforme più appropriata. Insomma, che posso dire, un locale unico!
