29/06/2025: Oxtail was delicious! Pate and cheese portions are big. Service was good but not outstanding. We sat inside and the seats were bit tight. Wine options were limited compared to other restaurants we’ve been to.

25/06/2025: We went to the wine bar twice and really enjoyed the experience. the wine by the glass is very reasonably priced with most glasses being around €6.50 the selection of cured meets and cheese is amazing and the portion sizes are very generous. Has a lovely outside seating area which is very pleasant in the evening

20/06/2025: My family and I had breakfast in this cafe, near the hotel where we stayed. The breakfast included: coffee, croissant and a glass of juice (it's hard to call it breakfast). Well, after we made our order, it took a long time to bring it to us. They brought only 2 croissants. I reminded the waiter that he brought only 2 croissants, after which we waited another 10 minutes and left without waiting for him(

06/06/2025: A girl with short hair served us. We ordered two café con leches, and she gave us two espressos instead. We told her they were two café con leches, and she got mad and poured milk into our espressos. Are you kidding? If that girl doesn't want to work, she should join the US Army and she'll know what it's like to work.

05/06/2025: We celebrated our son's baptism in this restaurant and we couldn't have made a better choice. We opted for a fish menu consisting of a mixed seafood appetizer, rice with scampi cream, strozzapreti allo scoglio, fried calamari and shrimp, sea bream in a potato crust and side dishes. Everything was really excellent and cooked to perfection, even the waiters were impeccable and always available to satisfy our requests. We received many compliments from our guests and this made us enormously happy. Finally, one of our guests had lost her wedding ring and after five days we were contacted by the owner who wanted to let us know that they had found the ring and we could come and pick it up. We will definitely be back!

30/05/2025: Siamo stati a cena questa sera e non ci torneremo sicuramente, unica nota positiva il cameriere educato, il cibo invece è di scarsa qualità e rapporto qualità prezzo molto basso. Proprietario arrogante. Discutibile anche la pulizia.

06/06/2025: Very good food, very polite waiters, fast service. But what left me very perplexed was the appetizer buffet left uncovered in front of the cash register with continuous passage of everyone with ... seasoning of flies flying and also fallen into some food containers ... well anyway!

04/06/2025: We had a lovely dining experience at Ristorante Al Vecchio Mulino, just a short 5-minute walk from Roma Trastevere station. The ambiance was warm and inviting — perfect for a relaxed evening out. We tried the Arrosto di Pesce, which was beautifully cooked and full of flavor, with a fresh, clean taste that really stood out. The Scaloppina al Limone was tender and had just the right amount of lemony zest without overpowering the dish. We also ordered the Spaghetti al Pomodoro, a simple classic done right — the tomato sauce was rich and vibrant, and the pasta cooked to perfection. Service was friendly and efficient, and prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the food. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you're in the Trastevere area and looking for a good, honest Italian meal.

02/07/2025: Being guests of Roberto, Chef and owner is always exciting ... excellent quality of the dishes, fresh fish served raw and cooked in an exemplary manner .. care and attention for me who am celiac even if I am not in the Aic circuit but very knowledgeable on the subject ... I highly recommend tasting his cuisine and letting yourself be pampered from the appetizer to the dessert ...

27/06/2025: It has changed management, but for the worse. Exorbitant price for the appetizer, 15 euros per person for minimal quantities, they bring us the dish without sauce because it ran out in the kitchen without warning. Other defects in the service are added. The best dishes are not the most on the menu. Even the first courses are thin in portion, and therefore the final bill is exorbitant

08/06/2025: Entrati alle 21 prime bevande dopo 30 minuti camerieri disorientati fritti gocciolanti olio , dopo 90 minuti senza mangiare ci siamo alzati e usciti verso la cassa per pagare le bevande e 4 fritti il proprietario si è fatto pagare 30€ affermando scuse banali. Intorno a noi vociare di gente che si lamentava di tutto .Da chiedere e cambiare gestioni la ristorazione e’ un’altra cosa .

14/07/2025: Pizza was nice but dessert was horrible! They served a frozen tiramisu out of a box, probably bought at a supermarket. They tried to make up for it by giving us a free drink but it turned out to be a blue soft drink. When I told them the second time the dessert was still frozen in the middle they acted like we were weird for not accepting frozen tiramsu, and after that the service was not friendly anymore.
