04/03/2024: Cibo non eccezionale e porzioni minimaliste ad un prezzo non giustificato e non proporzionato. Ma il peggio è nel servizio. Sono andato in bagno, lasciando la mia sciarpa sulla sedia per far capire che non avevo finito. Quando sono tornato la sciarpa era sparita e il tavolino riapparecchiato. Nessuna traccia della sciarpa se non dopo dieci minuti di richieste a vari camerieri è stata ritrovata dietro la cassa e messa in una borsa di plastica usata da supermercato. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni sono stato trattato bruscamente senza alcuna scusa. Da evitare come la peste.

I prezzi non sono bassi ma giusti per la qualità dei prodotti offerti. I carciofi alla romana sono super. Locale e bagno puliti, personale professionale. Grazie per l ottima esperienza.

24/04/2025: We're off to a bad start, we arrive at 1:15 pm and for no reason the restaurant manager, with 23 years of service, insists on reminding us that the restaurant will close at 3:30 pm. It's 2:00 pm and there's no sign of an appetizer. After numerous reminders, the restaurant manager is completely confused but rather than trying to find a solution, he seems intent on arguing. The blessed appetizers arrive, 4 slices of cold cuts thrown on a plate, cold potato croquettes, panzanella and 2 transparent slices of cheese. We were hoping things would get better with the first courses. The cacio e pepe is so stuck together that it looks like a pasta omelette. The carbonara is good but not very good. For the amatriciana they must have confused the jar of salt with the one of sugar, it was too sweet and there was no sign of guanciale. The gricia is the only good thing. It was bad luck, we thought, maybe the second courses will go better. And to be on the safe side, we ordered them all. But nothing, they were now totally focused on getting rid of us, we are well past closing time, even asking for a simple bottle of water became a way for the DIRECTOR to vent his frustrations "I am 1, you are 20". The arrival of the second courses was triumphant, marked by the arrival of the chicken that was supposed to be cacciatore which was then renamed by us "chicken on the fly". So much so in a hurry that they made it land directly on the tablecloth. The meatballs in sauce were large balls of breadcrumbs flavored with meat. We had also ordered the saltimbocca and the tripe, but they never arrived, consequently, we will never know what they were like. We pointed out this last thing to the director, who asked us if we wanted them, pointing out that the kitchen was closed, given the time. as if it were our fault if the service was a real disaster and had taken too long. Let's leave aside the fact that during our entire stay, the table was never cleared, becoming a huge pile of dishes and empty bottles. A good coffee will cheer us up, we thought: 11 ordered, 10 arrive, we call the waiter, point out that 1 is missing and he argues again, telling us that there are cameras and that the owner controls everything. We find ourselves with the cups raised, kindergarten style, inviting him to count. He brings us the blessed missing coffee, we pay the bill, we leave all 22 of us with the knowledge that none of us will ever set foot in this place again. For goodness sake

24/04/2025: It's true that we were not few but in my opinion with the fixed menu they filled us with pasta and little meat. Cold cuts at the beginning and the bread ran out immediately. The quality of the first courses was not good. The saltimbocca seemed good, too bad that I took one each for me and the other 4 there was nothing left. They could have told us to do half for each, I thought there was no limit. Oh well

26/03/2025: Kind and welcoming owner. He helped me in a small family emergency even though I entered the place without being a customer. I had run out of milk for my baby and, at midnight, I didn't know where to find some. Luckily I had help!

26/03/2025: Very popular place. Had breakfast with the classic "cappuccino and croissant": everything well done. The cappuccino is hot and creamy at the right point and the croissant is very filling. It satisfied me.

10/03/2025: Description of the whole day: The reserved parking is small for the capacity of the restaurant (plus I had to get up to move the car while I was having lunch) The chairs, out of 6 we changed 3 due to lack of stability. Starters, little choice Frozen mixed fried food, waiting time for first courses approximately 1 hour, Wild boar ragù had nothing like ragù brought in cubes and not reported.. (tasteless) Picanha meat not even worth mentioning.. served cold believe me cold and stringy naturally.. full of nerves.. €45!! They bring me sautéed Broccoletti brought super SALTY. I report everything to the owner who repays his debt by bringing a cut of meat and an additional unsolicited side dish At the time of the bill I pay 329 euros, without even 1 euro discount for what happened. As an expert, you can make a mistake on a day or a service, but this is not the treatment to be reserved for the customer... once the problem has been reported and confirmed at the time of the bill, the meat and the side dish should be removed from the bill or given a different treatment.

09/03/2025: Excellent restaurant, beautiful Roman evening. The food is excellent, the menu is complete and plentiful. The evening was too fun, we sang, we drank and we ate very well.

12/04/2025: The booking was very quick. The Urban style restaurant is located in the San Paolo area. The only problem, obviously not dependent on the managers, is the difficulty, even though it wasn't a weekend day, in finding parking. The staff is young, polite and welcoming. The dishes requested (chicken slices, mortazza pizza, fried foods, octopus) were all appreciated. Informal place that I also recommend for the quality/price ratio

11/04/2025: A dramatic experience…. I went there to spend an evening with friends. The first negative point was the fact that I wanted to call for information but the phone was completely disconnected. The second point was the food, 1 hour and 15 minutes of waiting and then receiving the wrong order twice... raw tongs and the first meal with a completely wrong hamburger. I'm sorry because it was recommended to me by a friend but at this point I don't see the reason to return after this experience. On the other hand, friendly and courteous staff.

29/04/2025: Troppo caro, 25 euro per un aperitivo è esagerato. Abbiamo preso due taglieri veg che da listino venivano 13 euro compreso il cocktail. Abbiamo solo aggiunto una piccola ciotolina di humus e acqua minerale.

06/03/2025: Excellent environment, prices quite high but justified by the freshness of the products. Excellent service, very kind owner. Cocktails costing €12 but very good and carefully prepared.

04/04/2025: Beautiful trattoria, has a good family run vibe. Slightly annoyed that I was given my €15 change, but that could have been miscommunication. The place was warm and the staff were very friendly, tables seated far away enough.

04/04/2025: It was delicious. I walked in and ate all the dishes I ordered. I like it. It’s a very traditional restaurant. If I go to Rome next time and I’m nearby, I’ll go back to eat there. I don’t recommend making a special trip. There are so many delicious restaurants in Rome.

17/02/2025: Rented 3 rooms to host dear relatives who participated in an event I organized. I personally visited the rooms upon arrival and I must say that everything seemed ok. The impression was also confirmed by the feedback from the occupants who also had praise for the quality and abundance of the breakfast received.

11/01/2025: A small family-run restaurant with excellent homemade pasta, we had Tonnarella and porcini mushrooms which were really very good. The house wine in bulk is appreciable, the service was excellent and even if you shouldn't expect anything special it is a place worth visiting if you want to have a lunch or dinner eating genuine things without spending a lot. Highly recommended

04/04/2025: It's just a great place. The fish first courses in particular are full of seasoning and the fish is always fresh. Even the salted sea bream is delicious every time I have it. The service is courteous and familiar. I come here often, I recommend it.

02/02/2025: Abbiamo prenotato un tavolo per pranzo sul sito del ristorante e poco dopo averci fatto accomodare ci hanno fatto alzare dicendo che non avevano ricevuto la prenotazione. Gli abbiamo fatto vedere la conferma della prenotazione che avevamo ricevuto direttamente dal loro sito ma la loro arroganza e scortesia e’ stata tale da decidere di non rimettere più piede in questo locale.
