excellent Roman pizza. The menu card is provided only upon request (their explanation is that not all dishes are available) and the available dishes are therefore illustrated verbally by the waiter on duty. The lunch/dinner bill is provided with an overall bill without any specification of the costs, in short, in the absence of a menu it is a detailed bill, you will never know how much you paid for what you ate. this way of doing things is very thought-provoking, also because when I asked for a specification of the account costs they were not able to do so. Sin! It wouldn't take much.

Che dire… pizza romana eccellente! Tiramisù ottimo, servizio cortese e la simpatia di Roberta +. La quinta stella sul cibo me la tengo quando tornerò per provare i loro piatti… ma se il buongiorno si vede dal mattino, saranno buoni di sicuro! Unico neo… non può non esserci un menù in un ristorante…

06/03/2024: Il locale è molto gradevole ed accogliente, ben allestito e con gli arredi disposti in maniera armonica. I proprietari Rebeca e Mario, sin da subito pronti all’accoglienza, offrono un servizio impeccabile. Il cibo è il vero protagonista però: prodotti di mare freschi (ottima la selezione di crudi ma anche i fritti superbi), ottimi abbinamenti di vini ma quello che mi ha davvero lasciato di stucco ha un nome ben preciso: cacio e pepe con gallinella. Cremosa, saporita ma al tempo stesso delicata. Tutto bilanciato alla perfezione. (Talmente entusiasta e preso che ho fatto solo due foto, del fiore di zucca e del primo). Grazie di tutto e per aver reso il mio compleanno ancor più speciale. A prestissimo!
