09/03/2025: Location inserted in a charming sports center with good parking possibilities. Tables located both inside and outside in clean and well-managed environments. Staff and chefs are professional, courteous and always present without ever being intrusive. Discreetly stocked menu but the dishes offered are interesting and prepared with top quality ingredients. I have selected the courses that in my opinion deserve attention but any choice is spot on. The bill is correct based on the portions provided, I won't deny that I will be back here very soon... keep it up!

28/03/2025: Siamo andati con un gruppo di 110 persone. Il personale era molto cordiale, veloce e disponibile. Siamo stati serviti velocemente nonostatante il folto gruppo arrivato nello stesso momento. L'antipasto (prosciutto crudo e mozzarella) era oltre che buono, anche abbondante. Il pane fatto con la pasta di pizza era fantastico. Personalmente ritengo che i paccheri non siano adatti al sugo alla matriciana, mentre avrei preferito gli spagnetti (probabilmente l'uso di questa pasta è stato dettato dal servire un folto gruppo), comunque il sugo era molto buono. I saltimbocca alla romana, erano fantastici, a parte il gusto perfetto, la carne si scioglieva in bocca. Il vino era un normale vino da tavola, ma buono. Il contorno, patate fritte. In sintesi è stata una buona scelta.

31/03/2025: Prima volta in questo locale, abbiamo mangiato pizza e dei fritti. Le pizze sono buone, basse, un pò sciape, alcune poco cotte. I fritti molto buoni compresi i supplì. La prossima volta mangerò carne perchè ci ritornerò senz'altro e vorrei assaggiare anche i primi. Buono il servizio, molto simpatico Andrea, forse il titolare.

Wide choice on the menu from appetizers to traditional Roman first courses to meat, very good! But for those who want, you can enjoy pizzas, both white and red. Really good!

22/03/2025: Velletri should feature trattorias serving home-made cuisine, in reality there are very few and the Middle Ages is among those that have stood the test of time. Family-run trattoria, Mrs. Rita's cuisine makes us feel at home both in the environment and in the food. Flavors of other times. Very pleasant surprise. See you soon.

19/02/2025: Nos gustó mucho Josephine bistro. En una ciudad muy turística esto se sentía un poco más para los lugareños, pero también muy amable. El personal era muy agradable y tenían un poco de música pop italiana genial tocando que a nuestros niños les encantó. Grandes pulgares arriba para un lugar frío para ir.

06/04/2025: L'inannuciata is a historic restaurant in the center of Fiumicino. large space with shabby-chic furnishings. My family and I have been coming here regularly for a long time. The quality of the food is excellent because Alessandro is always the chef and he acquires the raw materials only at the fish auction in Fiumicino. Variety in the starters, real seafood salad, very fresh and only steamed. Spectacular frying in the quantity and above all quality of the fish, breading and oil!!! Excellent raw materials and fair prices without exaggeration! Good selection of wines.
