Overall, I enjoyed the restaurant. I had the Cacio e Pepe with truffles, which was delicious. I also thought the price-performance ratio was reasonable for the location. Of course, you can tell you're in the heart of Rome and near the Colosseum, but the prices were still acceptable in my opinion. The location in a small side street also has its charm. It's pleasant and a bit quieter than sitting directly in the main tourist areas. However, there were significant differences in service. Some waiters were very attentive, friendly, and quick. Others, on the other hand, seemed rather disinterested. With one particular employee, I sometimes had to ask for her attention several times before she even noticed me. I also found the payment process somewhat unpleasant. Although a service charge had already been added, when paying by card, they actively asked for an additional tip. While this is entirely voluntary, the way they approached me felt a bit pushy and slightly marred the otherwise positive impression. Overall, it's a good restaurant with delicious food and a nice atmosphere, which I would still recommend despite the aforementioned criticisms.

A lovely little restaurant with great food and very nice people. We had melon and (lots of) prosciutto with focaccia, followed by roast lamb and potatoes with sides of sauteed chicory and sauteed spinach with pine nuts and raisins.

A lovely little restaurant. The lasagna was incredibly good. The waiters were delightful, and even spoke a little French. The small lemon sorbet was delicious! I'll order.

Must try! Coffee and food were delicious!
