I've been to Caffè della Scala for five consecutive days, and each time has been a truly pleasant experience. Cesar is undoubtedly the highlight of the place: always kind, professional, and very funny. He has a unique manner that makes you feel immediately at ease and makes every visit special. Always attentive to detail and with a smile, he manages to create a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to return. The cocktails are very good, but Cesar's service really makes the difference. 08/04/2026: Osteria dei Colli in Rocca di Papa continues to be, for me, one of the most welcoming, helpful, and high-quality restaurants in terms of raw materials and expert preparation. We've been frequenting it for years now, and it never disappoints; in fact, it always manages to surprise us and leave us with what I call "good memories." Whether you're celiac or have other dietary restrictions, you can count on a safe place that caters to everyone. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, fast, and professional despite their young age. I personally adore them. What more can I say? The homemade pasta, the excellent quality meats prepared with recipes that enhance their flavor and tenderness. Try the entire menu, which varies seasonally. Their wine is extraordinary 💯💯. Reservations are essential. I highly recommend it. Best regards to Gianluca (wife and children, whose names I don't know, so forgive me) and his fantastic team. See you soon, Lina Dama.

17/05/2026: We finally found a place where the pizza is GOOD!!!! So much so, that it doesn't even fit on the plate!! The fried foods also deserve a mention... So, go!
14/04/2026: An absolute must-try in the area for those looking for a casual atmosphere and service, but above all, excellent value for money. Roman pizzas, pinsas, burgers, meats, fried foods, desserts... all top-quality! Reservations recommended!
