I've been to Caffè della Scala for five consecutive days, and each time has been a truly pleasant experience. Cesar is undoubtedly the highlight of the place: always kind, professional, and very funny. He has a unique manner that makes you feel immediately at ease and makes every visit special. Always attentive to detail and with a smile, he manages to create a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to return. The cocktails are very good, but Cesar's service really makes the difference.
