29/03/2024: First of all, I want to respond to Silvano Laghetto's review: you invented everything from scratch at the floodplain, there is no fixed tourist menu and they can serve you tons of ham and cured meats. The menu at the Canbia floodplain depends on the seasons and they are all local dishes. tradition made with excellent quality products there is nothing wrong with the floodplain from the price to the food to the owners and the place. Don't listen to reviews made up by people who don't even know what good Italian and regional cuisine means. I recommend everyone to go there with a light heart. I greet Mr Vanni the owner and the chef his wife two delightful people

20/03/2024: Small place but we ate delicious pizza. The place was full and despite only one pizza chef we waited very little for our pizzas. Light and very digestible dough, super honest prices considering the cover charge, two pizzas, two medium beers and two desserts we spent almost 40 euros. Very kind staff. We will definitely be back.

Attentive service, good choice of wines, excellent dishes (at the moment I have tried the land menu, but I will return to try the sea ones).. A refined and well presented cuisine, the dishes with attention to every detail and the girl who served us very well. professional, not at all intrusive but always on point at the right moment.... The menu offers a wide choice of typical mountain dishes, prepared with seasonal and high quality ingredients. I had the opportunity to try some of their meat dishes, including a truly delicious venison fillet with berry sauce. The meat was very tender and the sauce went perfectly with the flavor of the venison. La Baita D'Oro also boasts an excellent selection of wines, with a wide choice of national and international labels. You can order wine by the glass, which is a great way to sample different varieties without having to buy an entire bottle. Prices are medium-high, but the quality of the food and service more than justify the expense. Overall, Baita D'Oro is an excellent restaurant that offers a truly unique mountain dining experience. I highly recommend it to all lovers of good food and good wine. 17/03/2024: Nice environment. Friendly and competent staff. I was a guest, with a menu already defined. Traditional cuisine. The pumpkin tortelli are amazing. The green tortelli are delicious. Excellent cut and cooked perfectly. I can't rate the bill as others paid. Positive experience!

29/02/2024: I had been years ago, probably under different management and after returning recently I must say that I was quite disappointed. The place appears not very well kept and unwelcoming. As soon as you enter, at least the evening we went, you are immediately invaded by a fried smell coming from the kitchens that permeates your clothes. Decent starters, first and second courses; absolutely not bad, but nothing that particularly impresses you. Good desserts though. Friendly service and absolutely reasonable prices. We can do better....

03/04/2024: Attended for a birthday. Found a very typical menu characterized by game that you may or may not like. Very good traditional dishes and there are also alternatives for vegetarians.
