29/03/2024: First of all, I want to respond to Silvano Laghetto's review: you invented everything from scratch at the floodplain, there is no fixed tourist menu and they can serve you tons of ham and cured meats. The menu at the Canbia floodplain depends on the seasons and they are all local dishes. tradition made with excellent quality products there is nothing wrong with the floodplain from the price to the food to the owners and the place.
Don't listen to reviews made up by people who don't even know what good Italian and regional cuisine means. I recommend everyone to go there with a light heart. I greet Mr Vanni the owner and the chef his wife two delightful people

26/03/2024: I did not like it. The dishes are too seasoned with oil. They are also heavy to digest. The service was not well looked after. Expensive for what I ate. Without sweets and coffee. I advise against it

17/11/2023: Wonderfully good ice creams, too much for my diet, Manu the owner is nice, sweet and friendly. The clean and welcoming place, with seats on the Don Camillo square, makes this exercise advisable and worthy of 100 🌟.

20/10/2023: È arrivata la pioggi e con lei autunno ..IL CAFFÈ DON CAMILLO è rimasto il solito amato ritrovo.Vi accoglierà nei suoi grandi spazi interni dove potete prendere un aperitivo o pranzare nella vasta sala con vetrate che permettono l intera visuale della chiesa di DON CAMILLO,conosciuta in tutta Italia e in tutta Europa.
28/09/2023: Sono stato in questo bar con la mia ragazza in occasione di un fine settimana a Brescello. Abbiamo provato il locale sia per un aperitivo serale sia per la colazione mattutina. Questo esercizio commerciale si trova nella piazza centrale del paese di fronte alla chiesa e sul lato destro del Municipio. Sono presenti molti tavoli anche all'esterno. L'interno è arredato in vecchio stile, si respira un'atmosfera quasi fuori dal tempo. Sulle pareti sono appese fotografie tratte dai film di Don Camillo e Peppone. Il locale propone anche piatti caldi durante le ore dei pasti. Io ho preso uno spritz per aperitivo e un tè accompagnato da una cheesecake alla nocciola per colazione. Le porzioni sono generose e ho trovato tutto molto buono. I prezzi sono molto buoni ed economici.
