14/03/2026: Hospital appetizers... I've never seen such a small shrimp, not even the frozen ones from the supermarket are that small. The octopus and potato appetizer was completely bland, without salt or flavor.

22/01/2026: Be careful what you add to your pizzas! They're €2.50 each, including arugula! Bottom line: a regular vegetarian pizza, one with buffalo mozzarella, and a special one with arugula and parmesan shavings all cost €31.50...no comment needed.

01/05/2026: We ate in this fantastic restaurant both for lunch and dinner for three days, delicious dishes, excellent pizza, friendly staff, and a very welcoming place.

17/01/2026: The owner is very friendly and helpful, the porcini and buffalo mozzarella pizza is excellent, and the wait staff is incredibly friendly. We'll definitely be back for the first and second courses. I highly recommend it.

28/01/2026: A very nice and well-kept place. The cuisine is very good and well-prepared. Recommended for more intimate and quiet evenings. Excellent selection of beers, wines, and cocktails. I'll gladly return this spring/summer for drinks and food when the outdoor area opens.

02/01/2026: Turned up on a foggy night, both town and the bar half empty. Sat down being ignored for 10 mins, then a rude waitress ask whether we have habe been sat down or just get in. Apparently the table was booked, as well as all the other empty ones, we couldnt possibly stay. And got told off for sitting without asking, in a place that used to be a friendly, polite bar. Sorry dear Galera, this was my last visit. Also please fire that waitress if you at all care for customers.

07/12/2025: We visited this place out of curiosity because it inspired us. Friendly owners, clean environment, good quality food. Definitely worth trying again.

22/04/2026: We stopped our camper at the rest area here in Correggio and went for pizza. It was really good and easy to digest, made with genuine ingredients. If we happen to pass through here again, we'll definitely be back.

04/11/2025: An hidden gem and oasis in Varenna where to spend a fantastic day by the pool away from the madness of the touristy crowded village streets. We just love it here, you can even swim in the lake since they have a private dock. Food is also good and sunset hour is spectacular.

28/09/2025: View was brilliant, wish the staff attitude matched the wonderful view. Staff not very inviting or considerate towards people who can't speak Italian.

23/04/2026: A truly excellent stay, far exceeding expectations for a 3-star hotel. The property is well-maintained, clean, and welcoming, with comfortable rooms and a relaxing atmosphere. The location is ideal for those seeking tranquility: surrounded by greenery, far from the chaos yet still convenient for getting around. The breakfast is also excellent, varied and high-quality, and the parking is very convenient. The real strength, however, is the management: Manuele, a young manager, is always present, attentive, and genuinely passionate. You can sense in every detail his desire to offer something more, beyond the usual standard welcome. Professionalism and human warmth come together in a rare way. A place you'll gladly return to. Highly recommended.
