19/03/2024: We spent a pleasant evening at the Saloon restaurant-pizzeria in Castelnovo Sotto, renowned for its pan pizza, a typical interpretation of the deep pizza. Outside, the place recalls the atmosphere of a typical American saloon, while the inside is large, with tables decorated in a slightly retro style. After a few minutes, a waiter showed up to take our orders and we all opted for the pan pizza. As time passed, the place filled up quickly, with many people coming in to order take-out pizzas. We waited about half an hour before being served. The pizza turned out to be tasty, with a well-cooked and leavened dough, fresh and generous ingredients. Despite the thicker consistency than traditional pizzerias, the pizza was light, easy to enjoy and very digestible. Furthermore, the restaurant also offers pizzas in the classic format. The service, although a little slow due to the crowd, could improve, as some of the young waiters seemed to still be learning. If you want to savor this type of pizza in a quiet atmosphere and enjoy an excellent meal, the Saloon is the right place for you, although it is advisable to improve waiting times and the preparation of the waiters.

29/03/2024: I asked for a pub pizza for my son, plenty of frankfurters and chips. This crap has arrived, for the third time. I haven't said anything until now, but in my opinion they can also change jobs and become cobblers. Poor service, rude staff, and they treat customers like they were animals. The shame of the Italian.
Two pizzas €25 and they suck. Not only is it all pitiful but also thieves.

In reference to your ridiculous and false answer, I would add the photo of your pizza menu where you say that pub isn't on the menu, it's thin on the menu.
Also watch out for hair and cockroaches hanging around the tables.

19/08/2023: Pizza con crudo vecchio e secco. L'impasto è buono, ma il prosciutto crudo era completamente secco e non mangiabile.
