19/04/2026: This is my second time there, and fortunately, I've had no disappointments, but I've been very satisfied with the good food and the wine. Guys, it's one thing to talk about it, but it's another to live this culinary experience 🤤, everything was delicious. We chose the menu 6 and it was truly beyond excellent. The waiters were very kind, helpful 😅, and friendly, even willing to offer advice. Thanks guys. For what we ate and drank, I think it's the right price, considering the quality/price ratio. You can go there every 2-3 months 😅 Congratulations 🎉

26/04/2026: Found this place by chance on Google, not being local. We contacted them at 2:00 PM for three people. Very helpful and friendly. The dishes were carefully selected, with generous portions and very tasty. I'd say they were good value for money. We'll definitely be back.

28/03/2026: Honest review: FLORENTINE STEAK SHOULD NOT BE SERVED PRE-CUT. Even though they brought us a grill to keep the dish warm, it was COLD. This happens because it's cut before being served at the table. Consequently, it loses juices and heat, and the "experience" doesn't reflect the quality (if there is any...). The chef should know these things... We ordered the Piedmontese Ox menu, and I quite liked the rest, but I can't say the same about the Florentine steak... it's a premium cut, and you have to be careful how it's served. Also, be careful with the bill: when paying with the POS, the gentleman with gray/white hair entered a certain amount first (the payment didn't go through the first time) and then, on the second attempt, entered the correct amount. I only noticed it afterwards, but I don't think it was a mistake... The prices are fair, but the details that make the difference need to be fixed. Would I go back? Unfortunately, not...

19/04/2026: For my birthday, we returned to Prater. Always a sure thing. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is pleasant. The meal began with a small complimentary entree. We then ordered black truffle risotto, squid ravioli, tagliolini concicale, and paccheri with butter and anchovies. For the main course, shrimp amatriciana-style, baby octopus, fried fish, and tuna in a crust. Both I and the other diners were more than satisfied, as always. My only complaint is the zuppa inglese. Used to my mother and grandmother's traditional zuppa inglese, I would never have added raisins, currants, and strawberries as a garnish. In my opinion, it doesn't add to the tradition, but rather... But that's just my personal taste. In any case, a restaurant worth recommending.

19/04/2026: We first visited a year ago with friends on a leisure trip and immediately fell in love with it. The atmosphere was welcoming, the owners were incredibly kind and passionate about their region and cuisine. We returned a few days ago for a one-day getaway and didn't hesitate to call them to reserve a spot. Everything was perfect!! We returned again this year and the food and location were always fantastic!

12/04/2026: Excellent cuisine, high-quality ingredients. Everything was very good, both the first courses and the appetizers. The dessert trolley was an explosion of flavors. For the price, you get what you get.

14/03/2026: The place is simple but very tidy and well-arranged. The staff is extremely courteous, and the service is excellent. The food is high-quality and served in just the right quantities. A gnocco fritto and cured meat appetizer for four, four first courses, four desserts, and two bottles of wine for four for €45 each.

18/03/2026: Stepping inside feels like stepping back to the '90s. This rustic Apennine trattoria offers excellent service: Gianpiero always welcomes you with a smile and makes you feel right at home. We were there to celebrate a birthday, and the table was set accordingly: they even prepared a cake for the birthday boy with advance notice. To start, they always serve an appetizer of cold cuts and fried gnocco (the classic plump Apennine one, like my grandmother used to make!!!). The first courses are always a hit, from a trio (sometimes even a fourth) of tortelli to tagliatelle with wild boar sauce. Second courses cater for all tastes. Definitely try the cake in the cellar to finish off the meal. The prices are super affordable and definitely lower than in the plains.

07/04/2026: The location, staff, and food were all perfect. I go there often with my family and we always have a great experience! I always come back because it's a really nice place to stay, and the food is excellent! The bathroom experience was also positive; they even have stain removers for clothes, so you can tell they care about their customers.
