A very rustic atmosphere, it feels like stepping into a family home in the hills outside Bologna. Excellent ingredients, from first courses to second courses and appetizers. The fried mushrooms are top-notch, and the black truffles are grown directly on site. I highly recommend the passatelli and the whole bull meat.

We stopped after visiting Rocchetta Mattei, a 10-minute drive away, and were very satisfied.
The view outside the restaurant was breathtaking, surrounded by green hills.
The menu offered a wide variety of dishes, all made with quality and tasty ingredients.
We had a wide variety of choices, from appetizers to desserts, with a preference for porcini mushrooms and truffles.
A special mention for the bull fillet, which I had never tasted before; it was incredibly tender and perfectly cooked.
The staff was very kind, precise, helpful, and attentive without being intrusive.
Our meal cost just under €50 each, but we ate a lot (the portions were generous) and drank a lot, too.
Don't overdo it; for €30-35, you'll leave feeling full and eating very well.
I recommend it 100%.

Tony is always number 1. Polenta with cheese is out of this world, I'm allergic to mushrooms and truffles so I was treated to separate courses, really good, thank you

Good truffles and excellent porcini mushrooms.
Nice place, but a bit far from Bologna. We had tagliatelle with truffles for €14, gnocchi with truffles and cheese for €16, and a sliced beef steak for €18. Everything was good.

I ate green tagliatelle with mushrooms and baked mushrooms that I have not been able to find so good in any other restaurant in the Bologna area for a long time. The restaurant is a little out of the way but it is worth it. The hilly setting is beautiful and the bill is also excellent. Let's hope it continues like this.

Had lunch today for the first time. What can I say? The appetizers and first courses with mushrooms and truffles were exceptional. The service was excellent, with fast and very friendly waiters. And lastly, the prices were in line with what we ate. We'll definitely be back.
