04/03/2025: First of all it was nice that we had no trouble finding a table even though we didn't have a reservation. The food was good. The salad was not so good as was the grilled vegetables. The truffle mushrooms were really excellent as was the cheese and minced meat lasagne. Very tasty. I didn't like the meatballs in a pea sauce as well as the cutlet. The space is very clean and well-kept and the staff is impeccable. There was no sweet treat at the end. In general, a good restaurant in Bologna and the cost is proportional to the quality.

28/02/2025: A valid alternative to the usual Bolognese trattoria. Excellent prepared dishes, made with excellent quality ingredients.

04/03/2025: I went to this place for lunch for the first time with friends. Super super space food, well prepared dishes, fast service. spent little. Disabled kids also work there and this makes this inn very special. what else can I say 🤗I recommend you go and try it, you won't regret it😀🥰

10/03/2025: Excellent service, very helpful and friendly staff. The place is very nice, clean and simple. We were especially surprised by the starters, a vegetarian and vegan choice which was also much appreciated. Strongly recommended

09/03/2025: Finely prepared dishes with excellent raw materials and a wide choice (both land and sea dishes). Good value for money. Very very friendly service (maybe I would increase the waiters from 2 to 3). Very well-kept, tidy, clean and welcoming place (I would suggest using softer ceiling spotlights to make it even more welcoming, but this is a detail). I will be back and absolutely recommend it!

27/02/2025: How delicious! I highly recommend the restaurant, the food was incredible, it's worth a visit in Imola. The restaurant is not very big, so I recommend making a reservation.

29/03/2025: Yes, you can find different types of pizza, but you can taste much, much better flavors in Bologna, even in Istanbul and Ankara. In other words, it was not suitable for my taste. We ordered 3 different pizzas, the content on the menu was not descriptive enough, it is useful to confirm when ordering. I cannot say that it was hygienic either, the seat and the table were wiped with the same cloth in front of our eyes. The ventilation is not good, when we left there was a heavy smell on us. It is a local cuisine, not at an international level.

27/01/2025: Chef Max Poggi's cuisine is a pinnacle of gastronomy, the dishes are all made with extreme care and are extraordinarily good. The place is sober and elegant, the staff is formal, kind, efficient but rightly discreet, it is a place where nothing is missing but there is nothing too much. The wine list is very well stocked and contains non-trivial labels together with some classics so you are spoiled for choice, the possible choice by the glass guarantees the right wine for all courses. Top choice, the 8-course tasting costs 85 euros (as written on their website) and is the one I recommend to fully enjoy the imagination and mastery of the chef. Large reserved parking in front of the restaurant.
