28/08/2025: UNFORGETTABLE We had lunch yesterday at this fabulous place in the heart of Trento: all the dishes on the menu are the result of careful research and love for plant-based cuisine, and all the ingredients are homemade, like the bread and plant-based cheeses. We tried: stuffed zucchini flowers, arancini with a stringy center and lentil ragù, carbonara and seitan (amazing), and then finished with some amazing raw desserts. Chef Michele has a unique sensibility! A wonderful lunch break that we'll be repeating soon. You guys are amazing! It's become our favorite restaurant!

29/08/2025: We had excellent cannoli (both the classic and the pistachio-crusted ones). They're incredibly crunchy and keep well in the refrigerator until the next day. They're made fresh, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The pastry shop is a bit dated and located in a small town, but this adds a touch of vintage. If you're in Trapani, I highly recommend it.

22/08/2025: Four of us dined here, and I must say the experience was truly exceptional in every way. As soon as we arrived, we were struck by the atmosphere: a refined, warm, and welcoming environment that immediately made you feel at home. It's not your typical impersonal restaurant; here, you'll find a family atmosphere that puts you at ease from the first moment. The staff deserves a special mention; they were all extremely kind, helpful, and always smiling. Not only were they attentive and quick with their service, but they were also friendly and capable of creating a friendly rapport that makes the experience even more enjoyable. It's rare to find staff so knowledgeable and at the same time so human. The service was extremely fast, without ever making you feel rushed; the dishes arrived on time and always accompanied by a smile. This made the dinner flow smoothly and harmoniously, allowing us to enjoy every moment in total relaxation. And then, of course, the food, truly excellent! Dishes prepared with quality ingredients, cooked with care and passion. Each course was a little journey of flavors, balanced and authentic, just as you'd expect. The generous portions, the homely presentation, and the surprising taste won over everyone at the table. In conclusion, we can't recommend this place highly enough, perfect for a dinner with friends or a special evening. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back soon, because places like this truly deserve a visit. Kudos to the entire staff for their professionalism and attention to detail.

21/08/2025: Worth it! Beautiful place, great food for a reasonable price. Generous portions, and friendly, helpful staff. Lounge chairs, ping pong, and table football are available for guests. I'll be back!

Excellent food, you can choose a set menu with various appetizers (all exceptional and made with quality ingredients), a first course, fruit, and a drink included, or a set menu like the first course but with a second course as well. Everything was very good.

29/08/2025: Delicious dinner. We chose the full menu for €39 per person. All the appetizers were delicious...especially the ventricina, chickpeas with suckling pig and sheep's milk ricotta. Maltagliati with a superb ventricina sauce and grilled meat to finish...the kindness and friendliness of the staff was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended. P.S. Reservations recommended. Excellent!

Not only was each dish perfectly prepared and beautifully presented, but we also learned so much about the food, the local traditions, and the history behind the restaurant itself. We felt genuinely welcomed — more like guests than customers. This is the kind of place you don't just visit once; it's a place you return to.

07/09/2025: Spectacular food that is well worth its Michelin star and more. The cold pasta with tomato and shrimp was a particular standouts. The tasting menu was sumptuous with a wild variety of dishes, ways of preparations. The chef is not afraid of strong tastes, like the fermented cabbage - but without overdoing it. The pigeon was also perfectly prepared. There was too much too remember and enjoy to I can only highly recommend going there!

02/09/2025: Camping Antholz: A huge disappointment!!!!!! It is with great regret that I find myself writing this review and giving it only one star, even though I had intended to give it zero. After years of choosing this campsite as my vacation destination, this year I left two days early due to a severe storm. It should be noted that the campsite was almost deserted at the time, so my early departure did not affect my reservations. My early departure was contested with a penalty of 40 euros, which was later "generously" reduced to 30 euros. I was treated like a complete stranger, with the cold reply that if I didn't like the rules, I could choose another campsite. I wonder where the value of being a regular customer has gone. There was not the slightest bit of consideration, not a single gesture of understanding. Mrs. Monica, after this treatment, we will never return. You have lost loyal customers for the ridiculous sum of 30 euros. Whatever you do, you receive!

25/08/2025: I was a little skeptical, but I have to say, the vegan cuisine is truly excellent. The appetizers and first courses were very good, and the desserts were truly remarkable. The decor is original, small, and welcoming. Please clear the cobwebs from the chandelier. I'd love to go back.
