08/04/2026: Excellent food (we had focaccia and croissant with carrot and orange cream) and very friendly service. The place feels nice and authentic and not too crowded with tourists.
02/04/2026: We arrived around 6 pm, a bit late, but we had a coffee with a delicious pastry filled with peach jam. The best part was how welcoming and friendly the place was.

06/04/2026: Hats off to the preservation of the building and its furnishings. And the glasses! The wood paneling and tables are so polished, perhaps with straw-yellow oil, that they evoke a film set. In the background, a freshly faded glaze. The festive cuisine of yesteryear, slightly mournful, leaves no nostalgia.

29/03/2026: €18 for a takeout pizza is really too much. I honestly expected to spend around €13-14, as it always was until recently. I admit I'm guilty of not checking the updated 2026 menu, but a year ago the price was significantly lower.

01/11/2025: La Botteghe di Donatello is an amazing restaurant, the atmosphere is cozy and pleasant, the food is excellent, and the service is outstanding.
We went there several times during our stay in Florence, and every visit was wonderful. I’d like to give special thanks to Norbert, who welcomed us warmly and was very attentive and friendly. Without a doubt, an exceptional professional.

08/09/2025: I went to this restaurant and wine bar for a wine tasting, and everything was perfect and lived up to expectations. The wines offered are produced in their own cellar and are all excellent. The location offers a spectacular view and a breathtaking sunset. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and knows how to offer excellent advice. I'll be back!

10/03/2026: Excellent restaurant serving Lucanian cuisine. We've been there a couple of times and plan to return given its proximity. It offers various vegetarian options. The lamb cheek and spaghetti with ragu are highly recommended. The chicory tart with fava bean puree and the chestnut tortelli are also very good. Peperoni cruschi are TOP!
