We (2 adults, 3 children 15,13,9) were at the lake in Gardola for 14 days in the summer of 2024 and ate somewhere else every evening (except at Al Torchio, there 3 times). Great, friendly service, the best pizza and delicious authentic pasta, a great atmosphere and the crowning glory is always a fantastic tiramisú

Some truly excellent dishes, in particular the scottona carpaccio with vegetables as a starter and the excellent risotto as a first course. Desserts all of great quality, attentive and impeccable service, prices adequate.

15/01/2025: Nice and nice staff 😆 Billo is a character, a very good host. The veal with tuna sauce was very good as was the Piedmontese carbonara and the tartare. It was a very pleasant surprise, if you pass through Cuneo you absolutely must go there, highly recommended.

02/02/2025: Fantastic place! Immersed in the Tuscan countryside we were delighted not only by the beauty of the place itself but by Martino's kindness and the goodness of the dishes. The panigacci are good, freshly prepared in special terrines, the cured meats are delicious, the ribollita is stratospheric, the cicatielli with Cinta Senese sausage, onion and pistachio cream are excellent and on the meat, well, what can I say, I flew 🚀 Perfect cooking and maturing! 31/01/2025: Yummy! Chosen by chance during a trip looking at nearby restaurants on maps. The stew sauce was really delicious as was the nail and the stew. Good desserts too. The price is more than fair for the quantity and quality of the dishes. I really highly recommend it
