The app doesn't let you book, you have to do an impossible double-tap on the tablet, which just doesn't make sense... 16/01/2026: I am writing to complain. I am a customer of your restaurant, Centro Burger King, in Viterbo, Via Villanova 1. I was there for lunch a few days ago and ordered a couple of hamburgers. First of all, I saw that the guy who was preparing them was working without gloves, which disgusted me a bit, that is, he was picking up the bread with his bare hands, etc. Then the taste of the product was almost disgusting. The bread, which was really "cheap," was also plasticky and almost inedible. There was very little meat and the side dish was truly, or almost, disgusting. Spending 2.60 euros to poison yourself is not worth it. In recent years, you have become expensive. You have doubled the cost of everything and worsened the quality of your products. As a result, I will no longer go to your centers!

08/09/2025: I went to this restaurant and wine bar for a wine tasting, and everything was perfect and lived up to expectations. The wines offered are produced in their own cellar and are all excellent. The location offers a spectacular view and a breathtaking sunset. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and knows how to offer excellent advice. I'll be back!

27/03/2026: I've been frequenting this restaurant for several years and have seen the quality and attention to detail grow over time. The ingredients are top-notch, the fish is incredibly fresh and expertly cooked. All this is complemented by a casual yet welcoming atmosphere, and the service is attentive and professional. The owner's friendliness, who manages the dining room and kitchen with great ease, is the icing on the cake, making me want to return. I highly recommend the fish in general, and especially the spaghetti with shelled clams, which I find absolutely sublime. Another highlight is the exceptional wine selection, which demonstrates the meticulous care with which the restaurant is run.

08/04/2026: One of the best places we ate at while in Rome. So great we went back again before we left. Not only was the food amazing with so much flavor all of the staff were friendly and went above and beyond. Most places in Rome were not toddler friendly but this one was and the way they treated us like family was absolutely amazing. We can’t say enough great things about them!! Special thanks to Fabio as well for treating us so well!!

18/02/2026: Bar side: a very cute and quiet little spot, relaxing smooth jazz music, rough interior finishes that look amazing with the soft lighting, alternative decor, and a small glimpse of art. I loved the glass tables on frames of old Singer Necchi sewing machines, etc. The drinks are carefully crafted and dressed to impress! I can't wait to see the summer version ☺️

04/03/2026: A real surprise. A small restaurant in a small hilltop village where passion is palpable as soon as you enter. The cuisine is refined but never overdone. Dishes are carefully crafted, with attention to detail and pairings, without compromising on simplicity and flavor. The owner and team's passion and dedication are clearly evident in every course. The sumptuous basket offers an unexpected selection of various types of leavened products and artisanal breads. The portions are generous and succulent. Highly recommended.

Chef Giampaolo proved to be very kind, knowledgeable, and attentive: you can clearly see his attention to detail and selection. We enjoyed a tasting session recommended directly by him, and it was truly delicious, with balanced dishes and beautifully showcased flavors. The restaurant is welcoming and the atmosphere relaxed, perfect for enjoying a quiet lunch. The wait staff was also extremely kind and helpful throughout the service. An experience I highly recommend and will definitely repeat.
