We stumbled upon it by chance, booking the last table during our highway trip, and found a beautiful spot in a small village right in the center, next to the Duomo. Typical dishes, well-cooked and served by courteous and helpful staff. Special mention for the baked onions. It's a shame the Catalana for the final course was sold out...

We were passing through and stopped for lunch. My partner has a million allergies, but the staff was very professional and kind, and offered us excellent alternatives so she could have a peaceful lunch. Otherwise, the food was delicious, and the wine list was excellent. We drank the Nebbiolo, which we thought was truly excellent. The prices were average, and the place was nice, clean, and tidy. I would have liked to stay longer to try something else, but I hope to return.

We dined here on a Saturday night prior to going to see a theater play.
We did not have a reservation, but we were welcomed without hesitation by the staff.
The food was exquisite and the service professional and courteous.
I would recommend this establishment to anyone visiting Pontremoli.
Icing on the cake is the fact that the owner makes his own amaro and grappa to end your meal with a bang.

Returning after twenty years and discovering the flavors that distinguish Bussé was absolutely priceless. Some dishes could be improved, but the overall result is a tasty and satisfying lunch. Recommended for anyone passing through.

We spent Easter lunch at this restaurant in Pontremoli, and the experience was overall very positive. The atmosphere was pleasant and the food was good, making the day even more special.
Special thanks go to the foreign waiter, who stood out for his kindness and attentiveness. Not only was he always present at our table, discreetly asking if we needed anything, but he also took care of the other tables with equal care. He also made sure that nothing on the menu was missing, such as honey, which he served promptly and professionally.
His helpfulness made up for some of the other staff members' inattention, truly making a difference.
Overall, I recommend this place and hope to return soon.
