25/08/2025: Very friendly service and the food is better than other "fancy" restaurants on the busy streets of Bari. Prices depend on the dish you choose, but they're not exorbitant. I recommend it!!! The service is very nice and the food is very good, especially at other restaurants "of the lush" in Bari. I'm not afraid to eat, but I have no complaints. Thank you 🙂😇

03/09/2025: Dinner at Pierre Alexis's was a true celebration of taste, orchestrated by a passionate family whose mastery and rigor are evident in the kitchen as well as in the dining room. The cozy atmosphere, precise gestures, and attentive service make every moment a living testament to their history and expertise passed down from generation to generation. The unexpected marriage of rabbit and eel, bold and luminous, transcends the boundaries of traditional cuisine: the finesse of the rabbit meets the salty depth of the eel, and each texture is a surprise, enhanced by a subtle dash of herb sauce that makes the flavors burst forth in the mouth. Then comes the pigeon prepared three ways, including the tender sous-vide breast, the roasted supreme, and the confit leg, offering a palette of refined and precise flavors; the perfect pairing with the fermented pear is simply remarkable. The venison, placed on Jerusalem artichokes, truly stands out as the centerpiece: an explosion of colors and aromas thanks to the beetroot, celery, and Jerusalem artichoke powders add complexity and elegance to the dish. The meat, seared to perfection, is enhanced by a black elderberry reduction and a powerful jus, offering an experience where earth and undergrowth intertwine with intensity. Coming to Pierre Alexis means accepting surprises, rediscovering what eating means. 02/09/2025: I discovered this restaurant thanks to the Michelin Guide, and I must say it was a truly perfect choice. It's located on a street parallel to Courmayeur's main avenue, making it easy to reach on foot. The atmosphere is meticulously curated: a successful blend of modern and classic, exuding elegance without being cold. The management is family-run, yet with unexpected professionalism: you feel welcomed and looked after from start to finish. We opted for the tasting menu, and it was a complete experience, with balanced and well-proportioned dishes from appetizer to dessert. Special praise goes to the sommelier, who expertly and passionately guided us through the wine pairings: each glass perfectly enhanced the course. The only negative: the bathrooms aren't as elegant as the dining room, and it would be nice to see them renovated to match the rest of the experience. Overall, an experience I absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a special evening in Courmayeur.

27/08/2025: Restaurant with excellent, fresh, and refined food. The staff makes you feel at home, smiling and offering good advice. Reasonable prices. Use the free shuttle that takes you to the various parking lots; finding parking is difficult. The shuttle is a good thing. They were very kind and waited on us even though we arrived late due to parking. Porto Azzurro is beautiful, and eating well is even better.

05/09/2025: Tlò Plazores is as unique and authentic as the family that runs it! We chose Plazores for our wedding reception in July. Everything was perfect. Uli created a custom menu for us using the locally sourced products available at the time, a seasonal and refined menu with respect for local products and exceptional, expertly crafted ingredients. The aperitif included local cured meats and cheeses, and the unmissable Canci Checi! The service was also perfect. The staff were professional and very attentive. They recommended the best pairings for our dishes, and each one was better than the last, perfectly matching every course. We also stayed with the family in their wonderful apartments above the restaurant. We couldn't have asked for more; they provided an unforgettable experience, and that's worth more than anything! 10/09/2025: Everything's very good, of course, but let's face it: pizza is something else entirely. Why is this place called a pizzeria? Oh, and the prices? They're justified only by the team of restaurateurs equipped with tweezers who delicately and precisely place each ingredient on each slice of bread. The result? Sky-high prices, a lot of smoke and not much heart.

08/09/2025: A journey through diverse doughs and perfectly blended ingredients. I finally managed to try I Tigli, a pizzeria that has been at the top of the 50 Top Pizzas list for years. Modern, spacious, and airy. No crowded tables, but a very refined and elegant open space. The open kitchen is where all the chefs are busy taking orders, extremely quickly and accurately. The pizzas come in 4-slice and 8-slice formats. The staff recommends trying 2 to 3 4-slice pizzas for 2 people. We followed this recommendation, and it was spot on. Once you order, the pizzas arrive one at a time, so you can savor the freshly baked pizza just as it was designed. We wanted to try a Margherita, a seafood pizza, and a meat pizza: - The Margherita Crispy: perfectly crispy dough, delicate flavors, good ingredients - Scallop Carbonara: the one that absolutely made me say "wow." The balance of flavors was perfect: the corn dough was fragrant and delicious, and the bacon chips added a salty kick that balanced everything out. I loved it. - Baked Pigeon: a pizza with tons of positive reviews and recommended by the staff. I'm not a pigeon fan, but... It's now or never! The pigeon wasn't overpowering; it was tender and delicate, perhaps too much so. In fact, it was my least favorite. My honest opinion is that I wouldn't call it a "pizzeria," or at least not a classic one. The pizza is as thick as a focaccia; at times I had trouble biting into it. I Tigli is a place where you can savor very refined and light doughs, with unexpected ingredients. It's an experience. A minor point: the price. Perhaps really excessive. I could understand the Pigeon (€26.50) or the Scallop (€27), but even charging €20 for the Margherita is a bit too much. I already knew the prices, so I decided to try it anyway and really enjoyed the experience. Not the pizzeria I'd go to every day, in this regard. Overall, a great experience. The dough was truly excellent and easy to digest, but I expected more flavor from the ingredients (except for the scallop).
