We went for lunch today, choosing two appetizer and main course menus. The experience was exceptional. The aromas wafting through the shop's aisle are spectacular, and the dining experience lived up to expectations. The appetizer features a platter of select local cured meats that are simply marvelous, while the sliced ​​meats and cheeses are simply breathtaking. For main courses, we had creamed cod, delicious, and Vicenza-style cod, which was spectacular to say the least. Firm, meaty but not tough, flavorful but not overpowering. As soon as we sat down, we were greeted with a stomach-opener of Apulian olives and a slice of warm focaccia from Bari, both delicious, along with Altamura bread, which they recommended drizzled with the olive oil provided. The appetizer features a platter of cured meats and cheeses, delicious and made with authentic, premium ingredients. The cod main courses exceeded our expectations, with compelling flavors and products crafted with the utmost respect for the raw materials. The service is simple in the best sense of the word, attentive but not intrusive, polite but never cloying. The house white wine, a fragrant Traminer, is appropriate for the menu. A wonderful two-hour drive. We in Como can't even imagine places like this. Thank you so much for the excellent lunch, and we hope to see you again soon.

Recommended by a friend, the staff was friendly and helpful, and we had a wonderful meal. The restaurant is small but cozy. The food is all delicious. You can also purchase cured meats and cheeses at the counter.
